The standard return policy allows you to return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt. Returns are free of charge. You can return items in person to any physical Ernest Jones store or register a postal return online to print a prepaid Royal Mail return label. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all security tags intact. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned. Personalized or custom-made items are also excluded from the return policy.
