Durslade Farmhouse is a beautiful 18th-century house in Bruton, Somerset. Its farm shop is set within the same estate as the Hauser & Wirth gallery. Here, you will find a range of food grown on the estate’s 1,000-acre farm as well as produce from local suppliers. Durslade has been a working farm for over a millennium and is now home to over 250 Aberdeen Angus, Hereford and Wagyu breed cattle and a 1,000-strong flock of sheep, which supplies the farm shop with beef and lamb throughout the year. Neighbouring parkland Roundhill Grange provides seasonal fruit and veg from its walled garden, while Durslade produces its own honey, wine and cider, all of which is sold in the shop and used by the team at sister restaurant Roth Bar & Grill.
