11 Medi-Spas To Book For A Wellness Reset
ZEM WELLNESS CLINIC ALTEA
Where: This luxury wellness and longevity clinic, which opened a year ago, can be found on the outskirts of Altea, a picturesque town on Spain’s Costa Blanca in the Alicante province. It nestles among pine forests at the foot of the Sierra de Bernia mountains with sweeping views of the Med.
The Philosophy: Here, the focus is on longevity, whereby pioneering medical science, ancient wisdom and cutting-edge technology come together to help guests improve their lifespan and quality of life. Based on the principles of prevention, regeneration and vitality enhancement, its vision is that living to 120 is possible if we live in full physical, mental and spiritual health. Throughout their stay (anything from three days to 21), guests are invited to cultivate a more mindful lifestyle to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. Another cornerstone of ZEM’s philosophy is deeply rooted in the power of nutrition, and all meals are based on the health benefits of the Mediterranean diet and made with organically grown food from their own farm, Finca Althaya.
What To Expect: Arriving in the grand gold and cream lobby does not feel in the slightest like arriving at a health clinic – the vibe is elegant, more like a luxe five-star hotel. You are immediately introduced to your ZEM Master who shows you round the property, explains what to expect from your visit and gives you your schedule for your stay. Your first day is spent mostly at the clinic itself where you get an advanced 3-D electrocardiogram; a body scan that analyses all the lesions, moles and freckles on your skin (some of which can be looked at in more detail if they look worrying); a facial scan that looks at any problem areas like sun damage; and consultations with a doctor and a nutritionist. A personalised diet plan is then devised and can range from Detox (600 calories per day), Rejuvenation (rich in pre- and probiotics and fermented foods), Reset (anti-inflammatory, gluten free and 1,400 calories per day) to the Essential (the most flexible at roughly 2,000 calories a day). On the second morning, a visit to the gym is on the timetable – here, you are put through a series of fitness assessments to test your cardio, strength and mobility. Next up, the spectacular spa which has over 40 treatment rooms and a vast range of therapies to choose from. For total relaxation, we recommend the Quartz Massage where you lie immersed in a bed of hot granular quartz and get gently massaged with pindas (herbal compresses) and oils to the sound of singing bowls. The more techie therapies are worth a try too, such as the Metawell Triple Detox – this is a contact-free treatment during which infrared rays gradually raise your body temperature to accelerate detoxification, boost metabolism and alleviate inflammation and pain; plasma therapy works through the skin and inhalation to reduce stress and increase energy levels; and finally, light therapy enhances skin rejuvenation.
Need To Know: When it comes to the accommodation, you’d never know you were staying at a medi-spa – the 95 rooms and suites are large and elegant, with cream furniture and huge balconies, so it’s perfect if you are travelling with someone who wants to enjoy a break without using the clinic. Whichever meal plan you are on, the food at restaurant Salvia is mostly Mediterranean, so you can expect fresh, healthy, flavoursome and beautifully presented dishes. Be sure to have some downtime in the spa, a beautiful and peaceful marble sanctuary with a host of facilities including a bio-sauna, hammam, infrared cabin, dry sauna, steam cabin, ice cabin, snow cabin, Himalayan salt cabin and various showers and hydrojet pools. Or you could spend any spare time lying by the stunning outdoor pool or visiting their nearby finca (where they grow 60 different varieties of fruits, vegetables and aromatic herbs that supply the restaurant). There are also cookery lessons and exercise classes on offer, and a hairdresser and beauty salon on site too.
Getting There: Fly to Alicante, followed by a 50-minute transfer by car.

LANSERHOF SYLT
Where: Located in the very northeast of Germany on the tranquil island of Sylt, an under-the-radar, uber luxe resort known as Germany’s Hamptons, Lanserhof opened its outpost here in 2022 – a modern complex of interconnected buildings built into the landscape.
The Philosophy: Boasting an impressive roster of medical services (including 10 fully employed doctors and a further 32 specialists), this long-standing and leading name in luxury wellness focuses on optimising your health via a holistic approach to help you live better and for longer. To do this, it combines medical treatments with natural solutions, ensuring the source of the problem is being addressed, not just the symptoms. From state-of-the-art technology to ancient therapies, nothing is for show and everything is precisely mapped out for you using all of their (many) resources to get you to a better state of physical and mental health.
What To Expect: The vast 50,000sqft medical centre houses the most hi-tech equipment on the market, including a full body AI scanner to measure every single mole or mark on your skin. On day one, you’ll be put through a series of fact-finding tests to form your plan. But what does ‘a holistic approach’ mean in practice? Firstly, there is no set or pre-determined programme, but a thorough questioning and diagnostic examination to form a plan which could include appointments with specialists ranging from dermatologists and gastroenterologists to psychotherapists and hormone doctors. Then come the non-medical appointments, with a nutritionist for dietary advice and supplementing, experts on breath work and mindfulness exercises, or treatments and therapies like acupuncture or craniosacral therapy (to help remove energy blockages and stress via gentle neck and scalp manipulations).
Your diet and meal plan are also tailored exactly to your needs and goals, from a measly 400 calories per day (essentially crackers, milk and broth) to a bulked-up menu full of seasonal and nutritionally valuable ingredients.
Need To Know: Lanserhof may offer medical excellence, but the accommodation and interiors read more like a five-star hotel, such as the stunning spiral staircase in the main building and Scandi-style furniture in the rooms where you’ll find branded bath salts to aid a detox, and Birkenstocks to wear around the property (and keep after your stay). Walking or cycling around the island is an added benefit (both for your health and mind), especially in the spring and early summer when wild roses grow amongst the hedgerows, filling the air with a heady scent.
Getting There: You can fly to Sylt on a small plane from Dusseldorf or Hamburg, but it’s just as easy to get a train from Berlin, Hamburg or Frankfurt. Once at the island station, it’s a 20-minute transfer by car.

SHA MEXICO
Where: If you fancy guaranteed warmth and sunshine alongside your wellness reset, how about the Riviera Maya in Mexico? Don’t be put off (or tempted?) by the fact you’ll fly into Cancun as, just a short drive beyond the party town, you’ll find the zen beachfront of Costa Mujeres where the SHA Wellness centre sits on the shoreline. Designed by a local architect to resemble the shape of a DNA strand, the undulating building offers ocean views on one side and green fields of mangroves on the other.
The Philosophy: Today, you won’t find a wellness resort that doesn’t offer a longevity focused programme, but at SHA it’s nothing new. In fact, it’s where the brand began. Founder Alfredo Battaller Perietti suffered from a host of health issues, including a cancer diagnosis, and discovered through years of trials and tests that a macrobiotic diet and integrative medicine were the key to a healthier, happier and longer life. In 2008, he opened SHA in Spain (with Mexico following in 2024) to share his learnings, philosophy and opportunities for people to hopefully discover the life-changing results that he did.
Rather than a strict detox, SHA aims to teach you sustainable switches that you can integrate into your life to ensure your newfound health has legs. This isn’t just with the physical, but also emotional, like meditation and mindfulness. They want you to leave relaxed and refocused, not starving or intimidated.
What To Expect: On arrival, you’re assigned an Agenda Planner to be your point of contact during your stay (both in person and via Whatsapp), who will help to maximise your time at the property. After initial tests and consultations to assess in what direction your stay should go, there’s a myriad of therapies, treatments, appointments and classes to choose from (and be directed towards), from body treatments like detox wraps and reflexology to medical appointments and cooking classes. You’re allowed, if not encouraged, to allow ‘down time’ too, depending on how much you want your stay to be a bootcamp or a holiday where you can wallow in one of the outdoor pools or lose yourself in a book on the beach. We do suggest ensuring you take advantage of the experts on tap though, especially the talented acupuncturist Miguel who grew up with the ancient practice and is a wizard with his precise (and painless) needle placement.
Need To Know: The food here is not just seriously important in any programme (as it was and still is to SHA’s founder) but it’s also delicious, which might come as a surprise if you’ve ever been on a more traditional and stricter detox. Even if you’re on a restricted calorie count, the flavour is there, from ‘vegan tuna’ (chickpeas and seaweed and some chef-y magic) or polenta with wild mushrooms to sugar-free desserts like coconut panna cotta with fresh fruit. The menu is mostly plant-based with some sustainable fish added if you’re after some extra protein, and with an abundance of colour and texture. There’s even chocolate on the menu on some evenings – a rare sight at any health retreat.
Getting There: Fly to Cancun, followed by a 30-minute transfer by car.

ROYAL MANSOUR TAMUDA BAY
Where: The first – and currently only – medi-spa in Morocco, Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay opened in March 2025. It’s a super-luxurious, beachfront property that combines elaborately tiled and mosaiced spa spaces, often associated with Moorish architecture and the Roman legacy of the region, with state-of-the-art scientific expertise and holistic and preventive medicine.
The Philosophy: At its core are the Longevity Programmes, dedicated to health optimisation and deep regeneration – you can choose from the four-day/five-night Boost & Balance or the seven-day/eight-night Longevity programmes. Combining medical expertise, advanced therapies and holistic approaches – from revitalising treatments to Ayurvedic medicine and rebalancing activities – each tailored programme is inspired by the Blue Zones, regions of the world where people live better for longer in harmony with themselves and their environment.
What To Expect: The framework of the Longevity Programme follows five key pillars: metabolic and functional balance; nutrition and dietary balance; physical fitness and energy; sleep and recovery; and stress and emotional management. There’s a blood test on arrival (it’s couriered to a lab in the capital Rabat, analysed the same day for 70 markers), followed by nutritional and emotional management analysis, and sleep and physical condition assessments. From there, personalised treatments are scheduled based on these results, with treatments such as Watsu massage, cryotherapy, acupuncture, colon hydrotherapy, Chi Nei Tsang massage and SPM® facial treatment as standard. In addition, there is a range of high-tech aesthetic treatments on offer to improve skin and hair and spot-reduce fat, as well as yoga, Pilates, circuit training and access to group classes and other activities. There are three dietary choices offered – 850, 1,200 or 1,500 daily calories. At the end, the closing day is packed with consultations to help you integrate new habits into daily life back home, and there are three follow-up consultations scheduled after 15 days, three months and six months.
Need To Know: Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay is not just a medi-spa, it’s also a luxury hotel. In addition to the 4,300 square metre spa and indoor ‘quiet pool’, there is a vast central lobby with lounges, bar and library, three restaurants – Spanish, French and Italian – and 55 suites and seven villas, the beachfront ones with private pools. The hotel also has a watersports centre with two Riva yachts, and La Plage de Lily club takes children aged four to 12 from 9am to 7pm daily.
Getting There: Fly to Tangier, followed by a 90-minute transfer by car.

JOALI BEING
Where: Joali Being occupies its own private island in the Maldives’ Raa Atoll, reached only by seaplane. There are no neighbouring resorts and no outside noise – just dense greenery, water and sky. Everything on the island is designed around restoration and recovery.
The Philosophy: Rather than focusing on a single goal, Joali Being works across four areas – the mind, skin, microbiome and energy – reflecting how stress, digestion, hormones and mental health overlap. The emphasis is on reducing overload and restoring balance, rather than pushing the body through an intense programme.
What To Expect: Your stay starts with a detailed consultation and non-invasive screening, assessing factors such as stress response, sleep quality, digestion and energy levels. This informs a personalised plan, though schedules remain intentionally light. Typical days include guided movement or breathwork, hydrotherapy sessions to support circulation and lymphatic flow, and targeted treatments such as sound therapy or nervous-system-focused bodywork. Accommodation is treated as an extension of the programme. Villas – set either overwater or within the jungle – are intentionally pared back, with calming materials, blackout curtains, soundproofing and sleep-supportive bedding. Private terraces, outdoor showers and pools encourage rest between treatments, while technology is kept discreet to minimise stimulation. Nutrition follows the same principle – anti-inflammatory, plant-forward menus designed to support gut health and blood sugar balance, without calorie tracking or restriction.
Need To Know: This is a medi-spa in a relaxed setting. There’s no pressure to follow a rigid plan, but clear guidance is always available. It suits those looking to address fatigue, stress or hormonal imbalance without committing to an intense clinical programme.
Getting There: Fly to Malé, followed by a 40-minute transfer by seaplane.

CLINIQUE LA PRAIRIE
Where: Overlooking beautiful Lake Geneva, on the outskirts of Montreux, Clinique La Prairie was founded in 1931 and is an OG of the medi-spa world. Its medical expertise combined with discretion and luxury has kept it at the forefront of the conversation since then, attracting high profile clients like Winston Churchill, Marilyn Monroe and David Bowie.
The Philosophy: With over 50 doctors on site, there is a high focus on the ‘medi’, with ‘spa’ taking second place. The foundations of all the programmes are built around four pillars – medical care, wellbeing, nutrition and movement – with experts in all areas guiding you through your stay. The CLP Longevity Method focuses on inflammation and reducing it to slow down ageing (both physically and on the brain) and strengthen your immune system. This will also look at and take into account genetic predispositions, lifestyle habits, stress levels and your ‘skin age’ (via a clever yet often unsettling detailed analysis) to align your programme to your precise needs.
What To Expect: Following a medical, blood analysis and other in-depth consultations such as a ‘DNA Microbiota test’ (to dictate your required nutritional and supplementation menus), the Longevity Method includes a programme of treatments to enhance your physical wellbeing such as a detox massage, infrared sessions, cryotherapy and an innovative sound therapy. You’ll also be treated to a luxurious La Prairie facial (the high-end sister brand to the property) to address the signs of ageing showing up on the surface. With movement being a key component to increased longevity, state-of-the-art technology will analyse you whilst you lunge and lift to help a (human) personal coach design a training session for you and exercises you can carry on at home. You’ll even be taught to breathe properly – something you may scoff at until you realise how badly you’re doing it (and how important it is to your overall health).
Need To Know: Although there are strict detox-led programmes available here, the Longevity Method is about eating right, not necessarily less, so don’t be scared about having to sneak emergency snacks into your luggage. Your menu will depend on your personal results, but you can expect lots of nutrients and protein all served in their charmingly-old-school, white-tableclothed dining room that feels more like a fancy restaurant than a health clinic cafeteria. In fact, the entire experience is, unsurprisingly, very luxurious, including some of the fluffiest bath robes we’ve ever wrapped around ourselves and the incredible swimming pool with panoramic views over Lake Geneva.
Getting There: Fly to Geneva, followed by a one-hour transfer by car or train.

SIX SENSES IBIZA
Where: The property sits above a quiet bay on the island’s northern coast – a part of Ibiza that feels open and refreshingly removed from the party scene. The landscape is all pine forest, stone and sea, with wide horizons that immediately set a slower pace.
The Philosophy: At Six Senses Ibiza, wellbeing is built around two pillars – an exceptional spa and one of Europe’s most advanced longevity and biohacking centres. The idea is simple – combine restorative spa therapy with modern health tech to improve how you feel now, and how your body functions long term. Alongside hammams, massage and traditional healing rituals, the resort houses RoseBar, a longevity clinic inspired by functional medicine. Here, diagnostics and evidence-led treatments are used to support sleep, metabolism, hormonal balance, recovery and stress resilience. Nothing is positioned as extreme or experimental; instead, guests are introduced to tools – from health tracking to advanced therapies – in a way that feels measured, optional and easy to understand. It’s this balance between indulgent spa culture and intelligent health optimisation that defines the Six Senses approach.
What To Expect: Days unfold between the spa and RoseBar. The spa itself is extensive, with a hammam, sauna, sea-facing steam room and a strong focus on hands-on treatments that support circulation, muscle recovery and nervous-system regulation. RoseBar offers a menu of clearly structured programmes, each built around a specific health goal. Longevity looks at metabolic health, inflammation and the biology of ageing, while the Sleep programme focuses on circadian rhythm, recovery and stress regulation. Fitness centres on strength, mobility and recovery, while the Female Wellness programme addresses hormonal health through personalised nutrition, movement and tools such as continuous glucose monitoring. Programmes can be followed in full or approached selectively, with expert guidance throughout. Days balance treatments with time to swim, eat well and simply relax.
Need To Know: This is one of the easiest places to dip into serious longevity work. You can book a few spa treatments and add a RoseBar session out of curiosity – or go all in with a structured programme – without the stay ever feeling clinical. It’s rare to find this level of biohacking wrapped in such an easy, luxurious setting. Come for the views and the spa; leave with better sleep, more energy and a clearer sense of how to look after your health long term.
Getting There: Fly to Ibiza, followed by a 40-minute transfer by car.

NAO LONGEVITY
Where: NAO Longevity is based within the five-star Minos Palace Resort on Crete’s northeastern coast, just outside Agios Nikolaos. Set on a secluded peninsula with uninterrupted sea views, it combines the calm of a classic Mediterranean escape with the focus of a modern longevity retreat.
The Philosophy: NAO is built around the science of longevity – not to chase youth, but to help the body feel and function better for longer. Its programmes focus on four key areas – nutrition, sleep, movement and self-mastery – the everyday habits that shape energy, resilience and long-term health. The emphasis is on improving health span rather than aesthetics, with a clear, modern approach that prioritises what will make the biggest difference over time.
What To Expect: The experience starts before you arrive, with questionnaires and baseline assessments shaping your stay. On site, diagnostics assess hormones, metabolic health, inflammation and other key markers, creating a clear picture of how your body is functioning. From there, a personalised plan is created, combining tailored nutrition, sleep support, guided movement and restorative treatments. Programmes run from one to seven days, making NAO easy to dip into or explore more deeply. Accommodation supports recovery too, with calm, sea-facing rooms designed for proper rest between sessions.
Need To Know: NAO offers the depth of a longevity clinic without the rigidity. Programmes are personalised and flexible, consultations are clear and focused, and the emphasis is on changes that genuinely make a difference – both during your stay and after you return home.

TAMINA HEALTH AT GRAND RESORT BAD RAGAZ
Where: Located in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland, this is one of Europe’s most established medical wellness destinations. Tamina Health is set within Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, a five-star complex that combines two luxury hotels with a medical health centre. Its defining feature is the naturally warm thermal water from the Tamina Gorge, which has been used here for healing purposes for more than 800 years.
The Philosophy: Rather than short-term fixes or extreme detoxes, the focus is on sustainable optimisation: identifying imbalances early, restoring physical and mental resilience and preventing disease before it develops. Western evidence-based medicine sits alongside complementary therapies, with programmes designed to support metabolism, musculoskeletal health, cardiovascular fitness, stress regulation and longevity. Everything is overseen by doctors from the resort’s own Swiss Olympic Medical Centre, which also treats elite athletes alongside private guests.
What To Expect: Programmes begin with in-depth medical diagnostics, which may include blood analysis, cardiovascular testing, body composition scans, movement and posture assessments, and stress and sleep evaluations. Based on these results, a personalised plan is created, drawing from a wide spectrum of treatments. Thermal water therapies are central, whether through supervised hydrotherapy sessions, therapeutic baths or movement work in the mineral-rich pools. Medical and regenerative treatments range from physiotherapy, osteopathy and medical training therapy to oxygen therapy, cryotherapy and targeted pain management. There is also a strong preventative and longevity offering, including metabolic optimisation, weight management and cardiovascular health programmes.
Nutrition is tailored and flexible rather than restrictive, with menus designed by nutritionists and executed at Michelin-star level. Guests can expect anti-inflammatory, performance-supporting or weight-conscious menus depending on their goals, without the severe calorie reduction seen at many medical spas. Daily schedules are balanced with guided movement, from medical fitness training and Pilates to hiking in the surrounding Alps, as well as recovery-focused treatments such as massages, lymphatic drainage and mindfulness sessions. Programmes typically run from five nights upwards, with longer stays recommended for measurable change. On departure, guests receive a detailed health report and practical guidance to continue progress at home.
Need To Know: This is a true destination resort, not a clinical environment. In addition to the health centre and thermal spa facilities, Bad Ragaz is home to multiple restaurants, two championship golf courses, extensive grounds and cultural programmes. It appeals equally to those seeking serious medical input and those travelling with a partner who may prefer a more classic luxury spa break.
Getting There: Fly to Zurich, followed by a one-hour transfer by car or train.

CHENOT PALACE WEGGIS
Where: Facing the Swiss Alps and Lake Lucerne, this is Chenot’s flagship resort, with a 5,000sqm medical spa. There are a further four properties in Azerbaijan, Italy, Montenegro and Morocco, but this centre in Switzerland offers the largest range of programmes.
The Philosophy: Guided by over 50 years of scientific studies, the approach at Chenot Palace Weggis is centred around the concept of detoxification. Think of each of your cells as a battery. With time, they become rusty and lose energy, they accumulate damage and lose their ability to recharge. The Chenot Method has been designed to clean the batteries and replenish lost energy, helping you strengthen your resilience and gain higher levels of functionality. The goal is to support your body’s natural healing mechanisms to repair and rejuvenate from within, futureproofing it from age-related diseases and restoring it to a state of youthful vigour and functionality.
What To Expect: According to Chenot, 80% of your health is influenced by your lifestyle and only 20% is predetermined by your genes. Their unique advanced diagnostics, the Chenot Lifestyle Biomarkers®, act as a monitoring system to measure the impact of lifestyle on health, wellness and the ageing process. The results from these diagnostics are used to personalise your treatment programme and help you establish health-promoting habits at home. Designed for a minimum seven-night stay, all of Chenot’s Detox programmes are based on signature treatments and protocols, including the 850-calorie Chenot Diet – consisting of three appetising, reduced-calorie and plant-based meals a day, each meal is precisely formulated to combine good fats, low glycaemic index carbohydrates and limited amounts of plant proteins, which triggers the body’s fasting response whilst providing ample nourishment to the cells. Carried out under medical supervision, treatments consist of cellular resonance therapies; massage techniques using cupping, electrostimulation and essential oils; hydro-aromatherapies with plant extracts, as well as plant-based mud wrapping applications enriched with pure microalgae and invigorating high-pressure showers.
The latest programme is a five-night Body Insight and Optimisation Programme which focuses on biological ageing, health span and longevity. It is not a detox, but a first-of-its-kind longevity programme designed to provide guests with measurable insights into how their body is really functioning. Guests undergo 24 state-of-the-art diagnostics – from gene expression and inflammaging markers to strength, mobility and VO₂ max testing – all paired with tailored treatments, performance-enhancing movement sessions, a peptide-supported Functional Diet, and Chenot’s signature therapies.
Need To Know: For a medical spa experience in a restorative holiday setting, try a Chenot Espace destination. Choose from One&Only Portnovi, which is set at the entrance of Unesco-protected Boka Bay on Montenegro’s Adriatic Sea, or Chenot Espace at L’Albereta, a five-star, family-run, 19th-century villa in the Franciacorta region of northern Italy.

MAYRLIFE
Where: Imagine what a luxe alpine medi-spa in Austria looks like and there’s a chance you might be right: chalet-esque wooden buildings on the edge of a vast and peaceful lake, surrounded by lush green trees and the crispest fresh air. With the mountains as a backdrop, the MAYRLIFE Medical Health Resort at Lake Altaussee almost asks you to pull up a sun lounger and pour yourself a drink. You can do the former (after your assessment and if your schedule permits) but a drink – or anything with alcohol, caffeine or sugar – is strictly off limits.
The Philosophy: This is a real detox in the more traditional sense, focusing on the Mayr principles developed by Austrian physician Dr Franz Zaver Mayr in the 1920s, which include an alkaline diet, no sugar, caffeine, gluten or dairy (or a very low dose of dairy), lots of chewing (to aid and encourage digestion), strict meal times and detoxing from distractions like screen time. The goal here is mainly resetting and regenerating your gut, detoxifying the body, reducing inflammation and – in most cases – weight loss or regulation. It’s not all chewing and sugar-withdrawals though, you’ll also have a mapped-out plan of treatments to align with your goals and help facilitate a more effective detox.
What To Expect: Many medi-spas will ask you to start weaning yourself off sugar, alcohol etc in preparation of your stay and we really encourage you to do so with MAYRLIFE to avoid a big shock to the system – your first meal here will likely be a bowl of vegetable broth and a ‘chewing trainer’ (a choice of gluten-free breads, rice or corn cakes) and, depending on your diagnostics and desires, that could be a twice-daily fixture for your entire stay. If you are on the stricter end of the scale diet-plan wise, you will be hungry. We suggest filling your schedule to distract you, with walks around the beautiful lake to hay-filled wraps to help detoxify the liver, mind-melting massages or colonic hydrotherapy (not so relaxing, but definitely distracting).
Need To Know: Although it’s important to move your body and fill the time, do be aware you might be running on fumes, caloriewise, so take it easy on yourself. There’s gentle yoga offered every morning and a half-loop of the 7km lake circuit might be more than enough. If you’re lucky enough to be there in the warmer months, the walk down the jetty to your lounger in the sun could suffice, ready to take a well-earned nap surrounded by the serene, still water.
Getting There: Fly to Salzburg, followed by a one-hour transfer by car.
