The Fourth

The Fourth is London’s first postnatal concierge, which aims to provide comprehensive support for women and families throughout the fourth trimester. It was founded by Lauren Abigail who, after her partner had to return to work just two weeks after her C-section, was left thinking about how better to support women post-birth. To ease the post-pregnancy transition, it provides a selection of curated packages and bespoke services developed by an expert team. It’s not one-size-fits-all; each of the packages can be tailored to meet the parent’s unique needs. Its network of specialists offers decades of experience across all bases, including ObGyns, GPs, midwives, lactation consultants, massage therapists, reflexologists, nutritionists and more.

Ready Eddie Go

Released last month, Ready Eddie Go is a series of children’s books by author Nikki Saunders developed from the animated TV show of the same name. The books take the young reader through day-to-day experiences that an autistic child may find challenging and provides gentle support strategies to help them find ways to cope. Nikki created the concept when she was looking to support her autistic son Tyler and found nothing vibrant and positive in the bookstore – so she made her own. The series includes Eddie’s New Haircut, Boardgame, The Birthday Party and more, all designed to help children and their guardians – neurodivergent or not – support those who see the world a little differently.
