Marty and the Party will bring its family-friendly show to Southbank Centre this spring. Little ones will love the arty party with its giggles and nibbles. If you struggle to get the kids to eat their five-a-day, Smugglers has created an inventive way to smuggle vegetables into their meals. Created by three dads, the new ice-cream range currently features three flavours: Chocolate with Hidden Beetroot, Vanilla with Hidden Parsnip, and Strawberry with Hidden Carrot. Each is made with just enough hidden veg to deliver a boost of nutrients and fibre, without impacting its taste or texture. Each one also has less fat and sugar than your average pot. Available now in Waitrose.

Just in time for spring, OYOY Living Design has created a new edit of outdoor furniture for kids. The Momi collection features a stylish rattan chair, table and ottoman. Both durable and comfortable, the furniture is made for small children and can be mixed and matched with the adult range. We love the Momi Chair with its light-coloured frame and simple binding.

Kitty Tait – the young baker and food writer behind Orange Bakery in Watlington – has joined forces with charity Chefs in Schools to get ‘Breaducation’ on the timetable. Kitty recently launched a simple ‘no-knead’ bread kit to help adults and kids create bread, pizza dough and other baked goods. Anyone can buy the kits, but they will be free of charge to schools, prisons and community groups. Kitty has already donated 1,300 kits and hopes to reach her target of 10,000 by the end of the year. Purchase the kits online or donate to the crowdfunding page to help Kitty reach her target.
