Get your little ones in the kitchen and outdoors with a helping hand from this new cookbook by Ghillie James and Julia Parker. The Paper Party Bag Shop
After Liz struggled to find cool, plastic-free party bag fillers for her daughter's birthday, she decided to create her own and founded The Paper Bag Party Shop. The brand now creates eco-friendly party bags and fillers, as well as ready-made party bags filled with cool activities, toys and plant seeds. There are also a range of gift tags and free downloadable pages to choose from, from weekly meal planners to little helper’s shopping lists. Each toy is plastic-free, while the packaging is made from potato or corn starch and is compostable, too.
Maths With Michael
After discovering that 94% of parents admitted they need help with maths homework, children’s TV presenter Michael Underwood launched Maths with Michael, a six-part video series that aims to help parents with their children’s homework. In collaboration with White Rose Maths, the series is designed to help primary school parents support their children with simple tips and tricks. The videos cover subtraction, multiplication, place value, division, fractions and basic algebra. All the videos are available to watch online now.

Get Set Go! Putney
Founded by two mums, Claire and Alina, who wanted to create a unique leisure service for families, Get Set Go! is a cool family club without a membership fee. The Putney club, which only opened recently, has something for the whole family to enjoy, including two studios – where children and grown-ups can enjoy dance classes, Pilates, HIIT classes and boxing sessions – as well as an interactive play area, a swimming pool, and a co-working space with a café. The space will also host baby groups, ‘mummy and me’ exercise classes, and post-natal dance sessions. Get Set Go! is due to open three more branches in Golders Green, Chelsea and Marylebone later this year, so watch this space for further updates.
The brainchild of former NET-A-PORTER and Harvey Nichols buyer Laura Roso Vidrequin, Kids O’clock is the new recycling platform and marketplace to know about. Created after Laura couldn’t find any online platforms offering stylish resale items, Kids O’clock repurposes clothing for babies and children up to ten years old. The site features a mix of designer brands and high-street pieces from Zara, Petit Bateau, H&M and more. For £60, they’ll even pick your items up, photograph and upload them to your profile, and manage any sales. Alongside kids’ fashion, users can also sell toys, prams and toiletries. Created by sisters Danielle and Sophie who are both new mothers, Fox & Fox is a new platform dedicated to giving parents advice on wellness, fertility and nutrition. From what recipes you should use to wean your baby, to first-hand advice on PCOS, expect science-backed information with honest testimonials from both sisters.
