Sweet Bee Organics Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter

We’ve all read (sceptically) about the claims a little pot of cream can deliver, but after two months of using this every night, our tester can confirm that miracles do happen. This gentle balm is made by hand using the finest natural ingredients and scented with pure lavender essential oil. A welcome addition to your wellbeing routine, it helps soothe sleep issues for everyone and can alleviate menopausal symptoms in women, too.

A grape-sized amount provides a range of herbal extracts and the 360mg recommended daily dose of magnesium your body needs. The calming effects of magnesium are known to promote better sleep quality, tackling insomnia and encouraging more restful nights; it helps with restless legs as it is pacifies the nervous system; it can soothe a migraine; and, in menopausal women, it alleviates hot flushes, helps balance mood swings and can reduce anxiety.

Carolina De Barros Jewellery

Referring to her pieces as small wearable sculptures, jewelry designer Carolina De Barros works with the ancient technique of lost wax casting – a process whereby each piece is carved by hand in wax before being cast in precious metals, all of which are ethically sourced and recycled. With inspiration coming from nature and personal experiences, like the enduring beauty of trees or childhood memories collecting seashells, Carolina’s pieces have a quality of movement that is timeless.

Lustre LED Patches

What if we told you that in the time it takes to make your morning coffee, you could rejuvenate tired-looking skin and de-puff under your eyes at the same time? Lustre 3XPRESS Beauty Patches are powered by dual-action blue and red LED light technology to help brighten, smooth and revitalise skin in just three minutes.

These high-powered compact patches come in a bean shape for undereye or triangle for forehead and cheeks. To perk up your complexion, simply apply to your desired area, go about your daily routine (or put the kettle on) and the patches will automatically switch off after three minutes. How does this work? The device uses LED light therapy to instantly address skin dullness, uneven complexion and blemishes and tone. Red light revitalises tired-looking skin, while blue light helps to reduce the appearance of blemishes, reduces oiliness and redness, and tackles breakouts.
