Georgie Coleridge Cole is joined by SheerLuxe ladies Astrid Carter and Heather Steele, plus SL contributor Georgina Blaskey in today’s episode.

Segment 1
The team discuss the documentary everyone’s currently obsessed with, Netflix’s four-part series The Defiant Ones, that follows the relationship between music giants Dr Dre and Jimmy Iovine. On a slightly different note, we're wishing Les Misérables a happy birthday after it celebrated 30 years on the stage, and the team discuss what makes it as good in 2018 as it was three decades ago. Plus there’s chat on Prince Harry, after he supposedly let slip that he would like a baby girl, and we check out the new approach to the doctor-approved diet.

Segment 2
Katie Palmer from online book retailer Wordery joins Georgie for the second time to recommend the best new books for autumn, including one of this year’s most talked about autobiographies by Lily Allen, Sally Rooney’s celebrated Normal Peopleand lots more.

Segment 3
Today’s final guest needs no introduction, but after being diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of just 31, Lauren Mahon went on to document her illness via her Girl Vs Cancer blog and Instagram page, plus the podcast she shared with Deborah James and the late Rachel Bland, You, Me & The Big C. She has since raised tens of thousands of pounds for cancer charities and inspired countless young people affected by the disease - all with an enormous amount of energy, humour and warmth. Lauren joins Georgie to discuss everything from the side effects no one talks about to her amazing t-shirt range.
