Junior Talent Coordinator: BLUSH Talent MGMT
We are looking for a Junior Talent Coordinator to join BLUSH Talent MGMT. This is a newly created role to join our growing agency.
From the team behind SheerLuxe, BLUSH Talent MGMT, represents some of the top talent in the industry including Tobi Asare, Alexandra Dudley, Lisa Pintaud & the SheerLuxe team, all focused on collaborating for success. We’re looking for someone who is commercially savvy with a passion for influencer marketing, to take on this exciting role and be a part of a fast growing agency working with brands such as H&M, Reiss, Panasonic and eBay and help grow the roster in 2024.
As a Junior Talent Coordinator at BLUSH Talent MGMT, you will play a crucial role in nurturing the commercial success of our talent roster. You will be a vital member of the team, supporting across talent campaigns and agency activities, providing a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent management, campaign management, influencer marketing and contributing to the growth of our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent support - assist in the day-to-day management of influencer relationships, ensuring clear communication and maintaining client to talent communications.
- Campaign coordination - support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful collaborations.
- Support the management of gifting, handling both incoming and outreach initiatives.
- Actively engage in building relationships with key talents, international brands, and PR agencies to strengthen collaboration opportunities.
- Stay informed about new social media platforms, industry learnings, and best practices to contribute fresh insights to talent.
- Event coordination - assist in the planning and execution of influencer events, collaborations, and brand partnerships.
- Monthly Reports & Meetings: assist in the preparation of talent reports and participate in meetings, contributing to the overall success of our talent management initiatives.
- Social Media Management: contribute to the agency's social media platforms, focusing on sharing the agency & talents success.
Your Profile:
- Highly Organised: demonstrated strong organisational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Digital Marketing Passion: genuine interest and passion for digital marketing, influencers, and social networks.
- Adaptability: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Interest in fashion, interior, and/or beauty, with relevant experience being a bonus
- Take initiative: be a problem solver with the ability to execute tasks independently & proactively
Salary: DOE
Location: SW London. We are based in the office 4 days pw, with 1 day working from home.
