Newly Created Roles - Sales Executive - Commercial Team
We are looking for two hungry, driven Sales Executives to join the team. If you've just finished a grad scheme in sales at a publisher or in an agency then we'd love to hear from you. These two newly created roles, will work across all our publications, with a focus on SLMan and the supplements.
This is your opportunity to work in a fast paced, innovative, founder-led company to bring in new business, drive sales and grow verticals.

ABOUT THE COMMERCIAL TEAM
The commercial team at SheerLuxe is crucial to the company's performance, driving the ideation, sales, and fulfilment of advertising partnerships across all brands and platforms. This team plays a central role in crafting bespoke advertising strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your role as a Sales Executive will help drive our revenue through targeted outreach, pitching, and securing advertising deals which are tailored to the SheerLuxe audience.
You will develop and create relationships with advertisers and partners with a particular focus on men’s fashion and lifestyle industries.
You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on sales performance - providing regular feedback to management.
You will stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new revenue opportunities.

ABOUT YOU
You must have Agency sales experience with a drive to develop success in our commercial team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, who will bring a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
You will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
The successful candidate will be organised and a great communicator – able to work with all members of the team and various stakeholders.
You must be a team player – someone who is able to work across several clients with varying timelines and demands.
You will know and understand the SheerLuxe brand and its’ supplements, in particular SLMan - with a particular focus on our commercial work.

LOCATION: This role will be situated in our SW London office.
