Social Media Executive

We’re looking for a Social Media Exec to join our team to assist in the creation of all social media output across SheerLuxe, SLMan and the LG platforms.

You will work closely with our Marketing Director, Editor and two social media assistants under the management of our Senior Social Media Manager. This position will suit someone who has experience in conceptualising commercial briefs and thrives off creative independence – someone who either loves or wants the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will be robust to the social landscape, motivated, proactive and diligent – capable of working autonomously, whilst also being able to lead more junior members of the team.  

Social Media Executive

  • We’re looking for someone with at least 1-2 year’s industry experience managing a brand's social media accounts and campaigns or within an agency;
  • You'll collaborate with the wider team developing killer campaigns, sourcing thumb imagery, copywriting for all social channels and analysing data to refine our approach; 
  • You’ll ideally have experience in paid social, and be used to executing your work at pace and to a high standard;
  • You must understand the process of content creation and social best practices;
  • The right candidate will come with a growth mindset and experience across TT, IG, Pinterest, YouTube and Snapchat;
  • You will need to demonstrate experience in growing brand social media accounts – not just personal accounts;
  • Performance marketing experience is an advantage;

This role requires flexibility with hours and some weekend hours when needed.
