Benefit Moisturising Lip Balm, £18.50

You can always rely on Benefit for products that do exactly what they say on the tin. These new ColorBalms are no exception. Designed to soften skin with hyaluronic acid and wild mango butter, they’re a must-try for dry, chapped lips. It’s the ‘just-bitten’ shades we’ve fallen hardest for – sheer, but easy to layer up, you can take a more muted approach or amp up the colour for something more vivid. Either way, you’ll love the plumping, healthy effect they give.

BeautyBlender Liquid Charcoal Cleanser, £12

Brimming with grime-busting charcoal and antimicrobial lavender, this new cleanser can shift even the most stubborn make-up from your sponges and brushes. Start by rinsing your tools, then use a small amount of this, lather it up, and rinse and repeat the process until your brushes look far cleaner. Sustainable palm oil, aloe and coconut oil give the bristles a softening soak, too, so you’re less likely to have any fallout after use.

3

Bleach Proof Towel, £15

If you dye your own hair, or occasionally top up the colour at home, this Bleach Proof Towel is a must-have. Made from 100% organic cotton cloth, it’s far gentler than a traditional towel. The benefits don’t end there, either – high-tech, it protects your hair as you bleach, tone and colour, thanks to a protective coating which is resistant to staining – plus, it can be machine washed as normal.

Vita Liberata Self-Tanning Mist, £15

New from the iconic tan brand comes this lightweight mist. Buildable and subtle in shade, it’s great for tan novices, or anyone wanting just a hint of something. It’s untinted, which takes a while to get used to, but you’ll start to see your tan develop gradually within a few hours of application. Mist it over your skin generously and apply it a bit more to areas that don’t always ‘catch’ colour as well – think knees, shins and feet. Use a barrier cream first to prevent the colour streaking on areas like your knuckles and ankles and it’s worth applying a smattering to your lips, too, to stop them drying out. That said, aloe vera, white tea and hyaluronic acid work together to lock in hydration for supple-looking skin.

Bybi Acid Gold AHA Face Mask, £19

Vegan-friendly and environmentally-conscious, beauty brand BYBI is worth a try – especially if you want to make some sustainable switches to your routine. Its AHA Face Mask is the latest  addition to their ever-growing range, and is ideal for dull, dry or blemish-prone skin. Full of natural, gentle AHAs – think lactic, glycolic and malic acid – it gently exfoliates and dissolves any dirt for a smoother, more radiant complexion. Added papaya enzymes act as a barrier between your skin and new bacteria, so your chances of further breakouts are minimised. All you need is a very thin layer, leave it on for 5-15 minutes, then rinse it away with warm water. You’ll love the thick, jelly texture that feels cooling, but luxurious.

Simply mist it onto your brush head or over your sponge, then use a towel, tissue or cleansing pad to brush your tool against – you’ll be seriously satisfied to see the amount of dirt that comes off.

Nailberry Clean Bi-Phase Colour Remover, £18

Nail polish removers can be hugely damaging, stripping your nails of essential moisture. It’s why many brands are now launching their own nourishing, hydrating formulas. Our current go-to is this one from Nailberry. Bi-phase, you shake it up, and let the Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) get to work exfoliating any dead cells for a smoother surface. Extra points go to the rose tree oil, which is rich in fatty acids to lock in hydration.

Revolution Skincare Body Exfoliator, £5.60 (Was £8)

Come summer, we all need a good body exfoliator – be it a dry brush or a silicone one like this from Revolution. With flexible, bendy bristles, it doesn’t harbour any bacteria like a wooden brush might, but even better, it’s so gentle, even those with sensitivities can get involved. Use it in the shower, alongside a cleanser for best results. Stimulating your skin and boosting blood flow for healthier-looking limbs, you can use it on your face, too.

Soak Sunday Midnight Storm Bath & Body Oil, £14

Soak Sunday is one of our favourite brands right now. Sustainable, ethical and incredibly calming, their entire range is indulgent but affordable. We love their new Bath & Body Oils which can be used in the shower, too. Rub them directly onto wet skin, and watch the oil will turn into a nourishing milk. There are three scents available, but we love ‘Midnight Storm’ for its herbal, medicinal quality. A little goes a long way, so these bottles should last you for months on end – although if you do run out, you can easily get refills.

Sun Bum 3-in-1 Leave In Conditioner, £16

We love Sun Bum’s incredible SPFs, and now, they’re expanding their best-selling range to include haircare. This three-in-one Leave-In Conditioner uses coconut oil, banana pulp and sunflower seed oil to control frizz, prevent split ends and slow colour fade that can happen during the summer thanks to regular UV exposure. Added antioxidants also leave a protective veil on your hair, while simultaneously boosting body and volume, too – no wonder it’s so popular. Spray it onto wet or dry hair, comb through and leave it for the day.

Versed Back Up Plan Acne Control Body Mist, £11.99

Around 60% of us will suffer from ‘bacne’ at some point in our lives – the skin here is thicker, with larger pores, so it’s no wonder breakouts are common. Luckily, it’s easier to remedy than ever before. This new Control Body Mist from Versed uses salicylic acid, tea tree oil and witch hazel to fight off bacteria and control excess oil – all three take down redness in a flash, too. As it’s a spray, it’s easy to reach the area, while the fast-drying time means you’re never left stuck to your clothes. It’s not just the back that can benefit – use it on your chest, bum or anywhere you feel you need it.

WXY Velvet Woods & Amber Candle, £15.30 (Was £18)

We’re always on the lookout for new candle brands and WXY is our current favourite. Prices start from just £12, but their slick aesthetic and cool packaging would make you think they’re double the price. All packaging is recyclable, while the candles themselves are hand poured in the UK and free from parabens and animal-derived ingredients. Plus, the wax is 100% soy and palm-free. There are so many to choose from, but Velvet Woods & Amber is our favourite for its cosy, warming scent. The fragrances are potent, too – expect them to linger for hours long after you blow them out.
