Account Manager - Sales Team

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop innovative strategies that align with client objectives and enhance the overall client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients;
  • Maximise advertising revenue by selling bespoke integrated commercial packages across the SheerLuxe portfolio and respond to incoming client and agency briefs, including content partnerships, solus emails, display, video, events, podcast and social;
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client;
  • Work closely across all internal teams to ensure the successful ideation and execution of client campaigns;
  • Manage multiple campaigns and campaign deliverables ensuring advertising campaigns are launched, monitored and fulfilled to meet client expectations;
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of campaigns; and
  • Campaign management and reporting.

ABOUT YOU

  • 2 years proven digital media sales experience;
  • Agency experience essential;
  • Contacts across fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands as well as media agencies;
  • An ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels;
  • Ability to nurture and grow sales from plan to close;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines;
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen;
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure within a fast paced entrepreneurial environment;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an approachable manner; and
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Ad Manager.

This role is based at our office in SW London.
