Account Manager / Senior Account Manager - Sales Team

Our sales team is growing and we’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Account Manager to join this fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have agency experience with a strong background in digital advertising and proven success in managing and optimising ad campaigns to achieve client objectives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • You will manage and oversee all aspects of digital ad campaigns to ensure they meet performance targets and client KPIs;
  • You will act as the main point of contact for client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with agencies and advertisers;
  • You will be responsible for securing new business to open up new agency and category revenue streams;
  • You will collaborate closely with all teams at SheerLuxe, especially the editorial team, to create and pitch compelling bespoke advertising solutions;
  • You will monitor campaign performance metrics, generate reports and provide actionable insights to enhance future campaigns;
  • You will work closely with the head of commercial to actively manage the junior members of the team; and
  • You will work with the team with pre-sales efforts, including brainstorming campaign ideas, preparing proposals and presenting solutions to prospective clients.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • You will have 3-5 years experience in digital advertising, with specific experience in a media agency or digital first publisher;
  • You will be able to demonstrate success in managing and delivering high-impact ad campaigns across multiple digital platforms;
  • You will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels including display, social media and native advertising;
  • You will be able to demonstrate excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast paced environment;
  • You will be proficient in using ad-serving platforms, analytics tools and campaign management software;
  • You will be able to show exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, internal teams and external partners; and
  • You will be a self starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to think creatively and strategically in an entrepreneurial environment.

Location: Office Based, SW London

Salary: DOE
