The Full Coverage Concealer

Born This Way Super Coverage Multi-Use Concealer, £31 | Too Faced

I have been a Too Faced fan for as long as I remember. The foundations and concealers have been staples in my routine for years. If you like a full coverage look that still allows your natural skin to shine through, try it.

The Glow Giver

Yummy Skin Glow Serum, £37.50 | Danessa Myricks Beauty

I call this summer skin in a tube. On a recent trip to Turkey (I stayed in Bayou Villas, it was heaven) I found myself not wanting to wear a full face of make-up, but still wanting my skin to glow when the sun went down. I wear it under foundation to add a bit of radiance and on its own when I just want my skin to look extra juicy.

The Make-Up Melter

Melt The Day Away Cleansing Balm, £28.80 | Ella & Jo

There has been a recent resurgence in cleansing balms – and for good reason. Modern-day formulas are so good. I used this one from Ella & Jo recently and my skin can’t get enough of it. It works as the first step in my double cleansing routine and to be honest, it pretty much does the entire job because there is nothing left on my face after I’m done.

The Spa-At-Home Experience

Positivity Bath & Shower Gel, £25 | ESPA

As a beauty journalist with a penchant for body care, I know a good shower gel when I use one. Positivity really does what it says on the tin because I can’t help but smile after the notes fill my bathroom. The scent is stunning and it has a gorgeous silky soothing lather that’s kind to my skin. I’ve tried pretty much all the body oils and now I need to get onto the rest of the shower gels too.

The Hug-In-A-Bottle

Find Comfort Body & Hair Fragrance Mist, £28 | Rare Beauty

I don’t leave the house without a good misting of this. If you’re a fan of juicy sparkling lemon zest, comforting vanilla and gorgeous jasmine warmth – get yourself a bottle. I never fail to win compliments when I wear it. Use it liberally, and spray it through your hair, on your décolletage, on the backs of your knees – everywhere.

The Body Nourisher

Shea Body Oil, £15 | R&R Skincare

A friend of mine, knowing just how much I love a good body oil, sent me a bottle of the R+R Shea Body Oil – and my body has thanked me, and her, for it. When it comes to body moisturising, I need it all, so when I looked up the ingredients list and saw that Ghanian Shea butter was at the top, I knew I’d found my new favourite body oil range.

The Conscious Beauty Edit

Clairo's Edit, £95.20 | Ilia Beauty

Towards the end of last year, the musician, Clairo, made her way onto my radar when I heard her warm and psychedelic track, ‘Juna’. I then saw that she’d collaborated with one of my favourite conscious beauty brands, Ilia, to create a beauty edit. It feels so good when two things you like come together. My favourite product? The Clean Line Gel Liner in ‘Dusk’, I use it to line my lips; it’s the perfect deep brown for my complexion.

The Collagen Booster

Sleep & Inner Calm, From £29.99 | Revive Collagen

I’ve been a fan of Revive Collagen for a while now  – it actually tastes good and I can drink it right out of the sachet so there’s no mixing powders or creating complicated concoctions. It’s so simple. I tried the new nighttime collagen recently and I’m sold. It’s full of stress-reducing adaptogens and includes vitamin C for better absorption.

The Everything Gloss

Hyper Shine Serum, £25 | KJH. Brand

This serum-gloss in a tube can go on eyelids, cheekbones, collarbones, it can be mixed into pigments… but I can be quite basic with make-up sometimes, so I tend use it with brown lip liner on my lips. Glossy but non-sticky, it just elevates every look.

The Skin Clearer

Prebiotic + Probiotic Capsules, £48 | The Nue Co

A friend of mine, Christina, mentioned that this product had changed her skin – it was only then that I realised it had changed mine too. I used it months ago when travelling and I remember saying to my partner that it had been the best my skin had ever looked. I took these supplements every day to keep my gut in check but realised that these prebiotics and postbiotics were the reason my acne-prone skin cleared up. It might be time to top up again.
