BLUSH Talent MGMT Is Hiring: Talent & Commercial Partnerships Lead
BLUSH Talent MGMT is the social-first creator agency and sister talent arm of SheerLuxe. We work closely with a carefully selected roster of creators, tastemakers and the SheerLuxe team supporting them with opportunities, content strategy and long-term growth, while connecting them with brands to build meaningful partnerships.
You will be responsible for talent strategy and commercial growth across the business, managing key relationships with existing and prospective talent while driving partnership opportunities with brands and agencies. This role is responsible for negotiating and overseeing commercial deals, supporting talent development across social platforms and ensuring campaign activity is financially and operationally delivered to a high standard. Acting as a central liaison between talent, partners and internal stakeholders, the role plays a crucial part in growing talent revenue and strengthening the business’s commercial reputation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and emerging talent, offering strategic day-to-day support and representation.
- Develop and deliver tailored growth plans for talent across platforms including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- Identify new talent opportunities that align with the agency’s commercial and brand strategy.
- Support talent with positioning, content direction and long-term partnership opportunities.
- Lead negotiations across commercial deals, brand partnerships and collaborations to secure the best outcomes for both talent and brand partners.
- Ensure partnerships are executed smoothly and reflect the agency’s standards and talent priorities.
- Oversee financial tracking, ensuring revenue performance is closely monitored.
- Manage campaign financial administration, including invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
- Act as the key liaison between talent, brands, agencies and the wider SheerLuxe team to ensure clear communication and delivery.
- Provide regular updates to the senior team on commercial performance, and pipeline opportunities.
- Support internal planning by sharing insight into revenue forecasts, partnership progress and growth priorities.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong experience in talent management and/or influencer partnerships
- Proven commercial negotiation skills with experience managing contracts and campaign delivery end-to-end.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly around budgets, invoicing and financial processes.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and acting as a trusted representative for talent.
- Strong understanding of influencer platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and how creators grow and monetise audiences.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting updates to senior stakeholders.
