We're growing fast and are looking for a dynamic, style-savvy Editorial Coordinator to join our team.
The Role:
We're looking for a proactive, highly organised Editorial Coordinator with a strong eye for style and a genuine passion for digital content. This is a varied, hands-on role that sits at the heart of our video and editorial team. You’ll be involved in everything from talent liaison and shoot logistics to podcast bookings and event support. A strong understanding of the content creation process – from concept to publication – is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Editorial planning and coordination across digital and social platforms.
- Liaising with talent, influencers and contributors across the region.
- Managing shoot logistics, including schedules, locations and call sheets.
- Booking and coordinating filming, podcast guests and recording sessions.
- Assisting with SheerLuxe Middle East events – from organisation to execution.
- Supporting the editorial team with research, timelines and deadlines.
- Ensuring smooth communication between creative, production and commercial teams.
- Maintaining high standards of style, tone and brand alignment across all content.
- You will also be expected to film social media content for Instagram and TikTok.
- You will be hands-on with content creation, both in-house and on the go.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong eye for detail and a natural sense of style.
- Experience in coordinating shoots, events and podcast production.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Comfortable working flexibly and independently across time zones when needed.
- An interest in – and understanding of – luxury lifestyle content across fashion, beauty, culture and wellness.
Location: Must be Dubai-based, working ME hours, with flexibility.
Contract: Freelance or full-time – FTC is preferable.
Salary: Dependent on experience. Please note this is a junior position – applications from recent graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
