Insiders' Edit : The Blazer I'm Buying This Season
Anna Bromilow
Daybreak Double-Breasted Wool And Cashmere-Blend Blazer, £1,540 | Blazé Milano
I am so into the double-breasted look at the moment for something a bit more formal, deliberate and considered. I generally gravitate towards more boxy shapes, for their ability to minimise hips and flatter my bottom half. Although I adore black, navy always offers a richer, chic alternative, especially for day. I love pairing it with denim or camel.

Claudia Berresford
Olympia Faux Leather Blazer, £259 | The Frankie Shop
This has been on my wish list for a long time – I’m so close to buying it, and writing this might be the final push I need! It looks and feels so buttery soft and is the perfect neutral tone, but without feeling boring.

Ebony Francis
Double-Breasted Herringbone Cotton-Blend Blazer, £850 | Acne Studios
My first ever piece from Acne Studios was a distressed linen blazer from 2009, and this season's double-breasted herringbone version is distinctly reminiscent of it, with updated, modern details. These include wide-peak lapels, dropped shoulders and elongated sleeves. It’s perfect over a 90s black maxi slip dress, chunky long boots and a statement lip.

Double-Breasted Checked Wool-Blend Blazer, £2,365 | Saint Laurent
A blazer is something I wear on repeat, so investing in a good one is key. I’ve always been a lover of Saint Laurent tailoring – the sharp and oversized shoulders especially. It’s also slightly oversized and boxy which I love. I have been wearing mine with high-waisted jeans and trousers with a bodysuit, or dressed down with leggings and boots for an everyday look.

India Sehmi
Erin Oversized Blazer, £65 | Weekday
I'm loving sage green at the moment because it’s equally stylish with light and dark colours, making it the perfect choice to pair with my winter wardrobe. This particular oversized silhouette is a must for me – the shape gives me some serious Frankie Shop vibes for a fraction of the price. I’ve mainly been teaming it with black jeans and a white tee for an effortless combo.

You can’t go wrong with a great black blazer like this one from The Frankie Shop. The oversized fit gives it a modern edge and I love pairing it with everything from jeans in the daytime to dresses in the evening.

The Frankie Shop is one of my favourite brands for simple and well-made basics to help take any outfit to the next level. I now have its blazers in black, grey and beige and they go with literally everything in my wardrobe, making them well worth the investment.

NL Marilyn
Minimal Hourglass Jacket, £2,010.61 (was £3,023.47) | Balenciaga
With its bold shape, I love throwing this over any look to give it a little more interest. I most commonly pair it with matching trousers and heels, or a pair of jeans and Adidas Sambas for a more casual look.

Lisa Ing Marinelli
Hourglass Double-Breasted Prince Of Wales Checked Wool Blazer, £2,400 | Balenciaga
This is my ultimate blazer staple and it has shown zero sign of relenting over the years I’ve worn it. It’s a shape attributable to Balenciaga, but without having a logo plastered all over it. Chic and timeless.

Sarah Clark
I had my eye on this for a while before it landed on the site. And it was well worth the wait. I love that it’s longer than my other blazers, plus it’s wool and really warm. I’ll be wearing it well into the winter.

Patricia O'Dwyer
Kaia Blazer, £445 | Anine Bing
The price makes this an investment, but I guarantee it will work hard in your wardrobe for years to come. The fit elevates any outfit, making it effortless yet pulled-together. I’d style it with stirrup leggings and loafers for a cool, work-appropriate look. For something more casual, I’d opt for a simple t-shirt, black jeans and Converse high tops.
