BRAND: Les Vacances d’Irina
Tiny French label Les Vacances d’Irina is the niche name to know for Parisian-inspired accessories. Basket bags and linen hair bows have a romantic, Mediterranean feel, but really it’s all about their collars: from tiered ruffles to sailor-esque square designs, they’re the extra detail we've fallen hard and fast for.
HAIRCARE: Sunday Riley Clean Rinse
Powered by science and balanced by botanicals, Sunday Riley’s supercharged formulations provide a visible, measurable improvement – instantly. Her latest launch is a leap into the world of haircare. Clean Rinse is an AHA/BHA-infused, rinse-off serum to rid the scalp of product build-up, excess oil, dead skin and pollution for a cleaner, healthier-looking scalp and refreshed hair. We love the pretty pink packaging.
CANDLE: Zara x Jo Malone
Zara and Jo Malone have teamed up to create a second fragrance collection. Zara Emotions launched as a perfume collab in 2019, and now some of its favourite scents have been transformed into candles. At £15.99 each, the four scents on offer are ‘Amalfi Sunray’, ‘Fleur De Patchouli’, ‘Bohemian Bluebells’ and ‘Vetiver Pamplemousse’.

COOKBOOK: Roasting Tin Around The World by Rukmini Iyer
We’re massive fans of Rukmini Iyer in the SL office. Her latest cookbook covers all corners of the globe via new recipes. Hits from each region have been reworked into quick and easy one-dish meals, perfect for weeknight dinners and at-home lunchboxes, and discovering new family favourites. Just chop a few ingredients, pop them into a roasting tin and let the oven do the work.
BOOK: Wild Swims by Dorthe Nors
Wild Swims is a new short story collection from Man Booker International Prize shortlisted author Dorthe Nors. In these compact pages, people meet without actually connecting, travellers set off but never seem to find home. Outsiders yearn to be on the inside; insiders are desperate to be free; and throughout, Nors shines a light into forgotten corners and conjures darkness where it’s least expected.
Boho, glamorous and cool, Hansine has long been a well-kept secret among the style set. This season, you don’t have to reserve its pieces for exotic getaways. From wrap dresses to billowing slips, spring/summer’s designs are both romantic and functional, making them a hit with sneakers and sandy feet alike.
THE SALE: Ganni
Fans of cult Scandi brand Ganni pay attention: the designer name is holding a one-off online pop-up and it’s a virtual treasure trove of its most iconic pieces. Remember those rainbow-striped chunky knits? Or the leopard-print PJ sets? They’re all in the mix, and 20% of the profits go towards UN Women’s Solidarity funds. Until Sunday 3rd May.

Caroline Popham is an artist living and working in London. Her work engages the aesthetics of minimalism and abstraction. Primarily working with paint and collage, she creates compositions with multi-layered narratives that represent her way of seeing. We’re lusting after one of her colourful collages.
