What This Cool Brand Owner Is Buying For Her Home
Background
Candle-making started as a hobby for Sarah in 2013. After creating candles as gifts for friends and family, the positive feedback encouraged her to turn it into a business. Soon, Sarah discovered the environmental and health issues associated with paraffin wax and poor-quality fragrance oils commonly used by large candle brands. This motivated her to create a brand with sustainable values. Today, all of Evermore’s small batch candles are made by hand in an East London studio from natural, plant-based waxes.
Style & Inspiration
Sarah’s interiors style has changed over the years. After the birth of her son, who is now almost three, she has found herself leaning more towards neutral tones and clean lines. “I assume I’m searching for calm amid the chaos of raising a toddler,” she says. “My house is painted in warm neutrals as I find them cosy and inviting, and I like my home accessories to complement this look with earthy tones and soft textures.”
