Our senior interiors and homes editor Georgina Blaskey has spent the past year watching the newest brands and assessing the latest launches – so at this point, her wish list is full of great finds. Here are the interior picks she’s hoping to see under the tree this year…

Pink Onyx Gaia Vase

€870 | Marbera

If I’m really honest, what I actually want from Marbera is this stylish Joan coffee table. But while I save up for that, I’d be happy to display this work of art on my sideboard instead…

Mews Silver Footed Platter

£295 | Soho Home

Originally designed for the new Soho Mews House, this footed serving platter would add a touch of Mayfair glamour to my home. The fluted finish catches the light beautifully and it would work for serving all sorts of nibbles, from crudités to popcorn.

Green Pom Glass Carafe

£65 | Issy Granger

Issy Granger has been at the forefront of the affordable glassware evolution ever since she launched her own brand in 2019. From her Pom range, I love this carafe – this season she’s also teamed up with St Germain and Harvey Nichols for a special edition, which would make a great gift.

Barocco Platter

£175 | Bettina Ceramica

Bettina’s range combines a modern aesthetic with traditional references, and this platter is a case in point. Combining ornate ‘Barocco’ detailing with warm yellow stripes, this platter would work just as well for summer dining as it will for festive celebrations.

Julia Twisted Cut Crystal Coupes

£135 | Rebecca Udall

It’s about time I invested in some beautiful wine glasses, and I love these because the shape is so versatile – I’d use them to serve wine and champagne, but they’d also work well for serving desserts. My new year’s resolution is not to save certain items for ‘best’, but to enjoy beautiful things as often as possible.

Brass Matchbox Sleeve

£50 | Matilda Goad

As a candle fan, it only feels fitting to have an attractive matchbox to go with. Right now, I’m very drawn to Matilda Goad’s brass collection – you can choose from various motifs or have it engraved with a meaningful date or initials.

Spitalfields Stripe Bolster

£450 | CC Moulton

This cushion is made from a luxurious jacquard weave mix of silk and linen in a pretty pastel print, but I love how the black piping gives it a little bit of edge. Crafted in CC's Spitalfields Stripe, and designed by founder Gemma Moulton, it’s a reinterpretation of an original 18th century archival design.

Linda Ring Persona Blanket

£230 | Layered

I’d be torn between draping this over my armchair or hanging it on the wall. Artist Linda Ring has created a range of three blankets for Layered, all of which are made at a family-owned Italian weaving mill in Prato in Tuscany from 100% soft virgin lambswool.

Confetti Glass Tumbler

£30 | Marla & Primrose

Murano glass is stunning – but it comes with a hefty prices tag. This Confetti range from Marla & Primose offers a similar look at half the price. Available in different colours, I’m drawn to the orange and pink for a pop of colour.

The Allegra Wiggle Tray

£125 | Domenica Marland

Pink and green is my favourite colour combination – so that paired with the gentle wavy edge of this tray ticks all the boxes. I love the size too – it’s so versatile, and ideal for a shelf, bedside table or desk.

Portobello Notebook With Slide Closure

£285 | Smythson

My love affair with stationery continues. Smythson is my go-to and this powder blue notebook with a useful clasp would make a chic addition to my desk.

I Run A Tight Shipwreck Candle

£160 | Martha Freud

When I first came across Martha Freud’s range, I found myself laughing out loud at her wry observations. With a house full of teenagers, I can relate to this sentiment  – at times, I’m definitely a swan on the surface, but madly paddling underneath!

Flora Ceramic Urn Vase

£110 | Rebecca Udall

I recently went to a breakfast hosted by Rebecca and in the middle of the table she had two of these urns filled with flowers. I was struck by how glossy the finish was on the terracotta and instantly added them to my wish list. A year-round showstopper.

Charms Napkins

£34 | Midnatt

Made in Sweden from crisp, organic cotton, I love the simple charm of these napkins. Each individually embroidered symbol will resonate with your guests, so allocate accordingly. Around Christmas, a dove feels fitting but by the summer, I know my favourite will be the pink seashell.

Connect Four

£110 | Maisongames

It wouldn’t be Christmas without a games’ night and this chic iteration of Connect Four – one of my favourites – would be a welcome replacement for the original. Once packed away, it’s just a simple tortoiseshell box, so it looks stylish too.

Boucle Pouffe With Fringe

£390 | Six The Residence

While I’d love to brag that my bedroom is always immaculate, the reality is I need somewhere to put my clothes at the end of the day and a small pouffe does the job. Fringing and bouclé are a match made in heaven and as usual, designer Daisy Brown has created the perfect piece.

Wave Dinner Set

£75 | Woven Rosa

I’ve always gravitated towards plain white crockery but there are so many patterned styles around that have caught my eye this year, and none more so than the Wave from Woven Rosa. It’s colourful and bold but still easy to use, so definitely one for the wish list.
