De Rosee Sa

For Designer Pieces

De Rosee Sa has launched DRS Discovered, which aims to breathe new life into one-off antiques and vintage finds that have been hand-sourced by the DRS interior design studio and lovingly restored by local craftspeople. The wrought-iron outdoor collection complements beautiful shapes in classic designs with new cushions in bold fabrics. We love the deep glossy green lamp set.

Cavendish Hotel

For Serious History

Interior designer Nicola Harding’s most recent project has been the Cavendish hotel on the Chatsworth estate in Derbyshire. Working closely with Laura Cavendish, Nicola trawled through the attics and archives at Chatsworth, taking inspiration from the house’s nearly 500 years of history. Black-and-white family portraits hang among the artworks chosen by Lady Burlington in the bar area. The Garden Room restaurant, housed in a new glasshouse extension, has tables crafted from the same Mandale fossil limestone that was used for windowsills at Chatsworth. In the main restaurant, The Gallery, Nicola has had lampshades made from old fire hydrants found in the attics of Chatsworth.
