Ca’ Pietra has reimagined a selection of iconic Sanderson motifs in tile form, including expressive florals, illustrative botanicals and richly decorative patterns. Cath Kidston has unveiled its AW26 home collection at Next, introducing two new ‘Cath Houses’ to inspire the season’s decorating. Conscious Curator embraces soft, calming tones and handcrafted detail, bringing together textured woven fabrics, embroidered finishes and beautiful ceramics for a thoughtful, timeless feel. The Modern Nostalgist offers a fresher take on cottagecore, pairing archival prints with clean graphic contrasts and playful colour. Expect textured ticking stripes, primary red accents, blanket checks and painted ginghams, all designed to add character without feeling overly traditional. THE EXHIBITION:
Antiques In Colour
This September, five interior designers and tastemakers will demonstrate how thoughtfully considered colour can transform the way we experience antiques, challenging perceptions of period, style and revealing the enduring relevance of historic craftsmanship. Henriette von Stockhausen (VSP Interiors), Edward Bulmer, Marco Mansi, Aliénor Cros and Darren Price (Adam Architecture) have each designed their own gallery space using pieces from Westland London’s expansive antique collections. Marco will take on the Regency era, Alienor the Victorian and Darren the Georgian. Henriette will transform the window, while Edward takes on the grand gallery. Working with Edward Bulmer Paint throughout, the curators will prove that colour has the power to reinterpret rather than reinvent, creating contemporary settings that allow antiques to be appreciated through a fresh lens while honouring their craftsmanship and provenance.

THE WORKSHOPS:
JamJar Flowers
JamJar Flowers has a new programme of creative workshops this September, beginning with a Large Scale Floral Installation Workshop at its south London studio. Led by creative director Talena Lowther, the hands-on day will explore the mechanics behind the studio’s sculptural floral work, from structure and composition to installation techniques. Participants will draw inspiration from JamJar’s Chelsea Gate displays for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show before creating an impactful installation of their own.

H&M Home has launched its first furniture collaboration with American designer Kelly Wearstler, introducing a 29-piece collection shaped by her bold approach to form and function. Fromental x Timothy Corrigan
Fromental has launched a new printed wallpaper collection with acclaimed American interior designer Timothy Corrigan. Originally developed almost a decade ago as a bespoke collaboration, the range reimagines some of its most loved archival designs as ready-to-order rolls. Inspired by the grandeur of 18th-century French design, the collection combines formal gardens, botanical studies and playful naturalistic motifs with Corrigan’s signature sense of colour and character. Highlights include Spring Fever, a delicate pattern of wildflowers and insects, available in four colourways: Meadow, Larkspur, Cyanotype and Wild Indigo. THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT:
The Capston
Ballymore has unveiled The Capston, the final chapter of its Embassy Gardens development in Nine Elms, with interiors by Bryan O’Sullivan Studio. Drawing on Art Deco glamour and the work of Eileen Gray, the design pairs mid-century references with contemporary craftsmanship. Across the foyer, library and drawing room, polished plaster, terrazzo, stained glass and marquetry create a rich, layered sense of arrival. Bespoke pieces by artists and makers include a ceramic console, hand-drawn murals and a stained-glass dome. The one-bedroom show residence offers a softer interpretation, with oak cabinetry, Calacatta Viola marble and an integrated kitchen banquette. A coffered living room opens onto a terrace, while the bedroom and bathroom continue the material-led scheme with a strong focus on detail. The Capston is due to be completed in 2028. Prices start from £750,000.

Focus/26 On Design
Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour will welcome Focus/26 on Design from 14th to 18th September 2026. Open to both trade professionals and design enthusiasts, the five-day event will bring together more than 700 global brands showcasing their autumn/winter 2026 collections. Visitors can also explore emerging makers at the Design Emporium Collective, meet this year’s House Guests and join curated Design Discovery Tours. With over 100 events, including workshops, demonstrations, business sessions and Conversations in Design talks, the programme promises plenty of inspiration and expert insight.
