Junior Broadcaster/Editor, LuxeGen

About LuxeGen

LuxeGen (LG) is a social-first platform dedicated to Gen Z, blending trend-led fashion, beauty, career and relationship advice. With an established presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and podcast streaming platforms, LG has become the go-to destination for trend-driven inspiration, expert beauty, relevant life advice and affordable shopping content. Supported by the SheerLuxe network, LG collaborates with leading brands on creative, editorially driven partnerships.

About the Role

LG is looking for a Junior Broadcaster/Editor to join the team on a part-time or full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone early in their editorial career who loves creating content as much as writing it – and who wants to be part of a leading media brand.

You’ll help bring LG’s content to life across editorial, social and video – from writing features to recording podcasts, as well as filming social clips and helping to shape the brand’s strategy across all platforms. You’ll also be comfortable contributing ideas, writing and appearing on camera as a face of the brand.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role for someone who loves LG, is excited by storytelling, culture and content creation and is keen to grow within an established media brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of high-quality editorial content across LG, including features, interviews and product picks.
  • Pitch, research and write content aligned with LG’s tone, audience and perspective.
  • Pitch and create social-first content.
  • Support the planning and execution of video and social shoots, including being on set and appearing on camera.
  • Help adapt editorial ideas into short-form video and viral social moments.
  • Support brand partnerships and collaborations, from creative ideation and copywriting to product edits and new franchise launches.
  • Stay on top of cultural trends, conversations and moments relevant to the Gen Z audience.
  • Attend events and launches to create content for LG.

About You

  • You’re passionate about fashion, beauty, wellness, careers and Gen Z culture.
  • You love creating content, not just consuming it – and enjoy being involved in the full process from idea to execution.
  • You will bring a strong eye for product and fashion, with an instinct for what fits the LG aesthetic and what will resonate with its audience.
  • You have some experience in writing, editing or digital content creation (around 1+ year), gained through a role, internship, freelance work or personal projects.
  • You can write clearly and confidently, with an instinct for tone and audience.
  • You love LG, SheerLuxe and consume our content across multiple platforms.
  • You’re comfortable contributing ideas on camera, happy to appear in content and keen to learn how to present.
  • You understand social platforms and how content performs, and can approach them from an editorial and brand-led perspective.
  • You’re organised, collaborative and proactive, with a strong eye for detail.
  • You’re ambitious, curious and keen to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.

This role would ideally suit someone on a part time basis working two days a week. However, we are also open to full-time applications.
Location: SW London (office-based). This role cannot be carried out remotely and will demand some work out of hours to attend events and create content around cultural and industry moments.
Office Hours: 9.30am-6pm
Salary: DOE but in line with a junior editorial role.
