JUNIOR COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER (AGENCY)
We're looking for someone who is motivated and detail-oriented to join the commercial team on the agency side of the business. You'll be working on high-profile advertising campaigns and partnerships across SheerLuxe, SLMan and LuxeGen – covering a wide range of exciting brands and categories.
The role is hands-on, working alongside our sales team to support the end-to-end delivery of campaigns – from initial booking through to execution and post-sales reporting. You’ll collaborate with top media agencies and well-known brands, helping to bring creative ideas to life across digital platforms.

THE COMMERCIAL TEAM
The commercial team at SheerLuxe is integral to the company's performance, driving the ideation, sales and fulfilment of advertising partnerships across all brands and platforms. This team plays a central role in crafting innovative advertising strategies, building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns. The function is to create impactful, mutually beneficial partnerships that align with SheerLuxe's core values and audience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position will be responsible for taking full ownership of the delivery of booked media partnerships, working collaboratively with internal teams and agency stakeholders alike to bring campaigns to life.You will work closely with the editorial team across multiple projects at once, and will be the main point of contact during the approval process for all agency campaigns.
You will look after all live online campaign analysis – providing detailed insight and reporting to clients on their campaigns. You will have responsibility for the set-up of SheerLuxe display advertising campaigns, whilst also working to campaign deadlines and delivery expectations. You will own, and be accountable for, successful (over-)delivery of all campaign KPIs.
On occasion, you will record and present ad performance data to the wider team. This role will also support the implementation of other third-party tracking tools for campaign optimisation and reporting.
ABOUT YOU
- You will have a love for all our brands and supplements at SheerLuxe, with a real understanding of us as a media owner.
- You will have 1-2 years industry experience which must include some agency experience.
- You will have a working knowledge of display advertising, namely a deep understanding of third-party tracking, buying modalities and technical specifications.
- Key to this role is attention to detail, an ability to work well under pressure where you are juggling multiple high-value agency briefs and an aptitude at prioritising your workload to ensure you deliver in a fast-paced business.
- You must be organised and a great communicator – able to work with all members of the team and various stakeholders.
- The candidate who will excel in this role is someone who is unflappable, tenacious, hardworking and diligent. We are looking for someone who has a real passion for sales, organisation and delivering for clients.

LOCATION: This role will be based in our SW London office. This role cannot be carried out remotely
