35ml of 58 Gin English Berry
50ml of cloudy apple juice
10ml of Monin gingerbread syrup
10ml of Benedictine
5ml of honey
1 tsp of butter
Gingerbread, to garnish
Method
Step 1

Warm all ingredients in a small saucepan, pour into a teacup and garnish with gingerbread.

750ml of apple juice
150ml of Mirabeau rosé gin
2 cloves
2 crushed cardamom pods
2 star anise
Juniper berries
Peel of 1 orange
Peel of 1 lemon

Method
Step 1

In a pan, simmer all the ingredients together – except the gin – gently for two minutes.

Step 2

Add the Mirabeau and heat until warm.

Step 3

Serve in glass half pint tankards and garnish with slices of apple, cinnamon sticks and a dusting of nutmeg.

Step 1

Place all in a mulled wine heater and keep at 50ºC. Serve in a cup and garnish with the star anise, lemon peel and cloves.

25ml of cranberry juice
50ml of Cranes Liqueur
50ml of orange juice
50ml of ginger wine
25ml of Cointreau
Method
Step 1

Add all the ingredients to a medium saucepan.

Step 2

Heat over a medium-low temperature for approximately 3-4 minutes or until a desired temperature.

Step 3

Pour into a mug and enjoy.

Step 4

Feeling fancy? Add a cinnamon stick and slice of orange to garnish.

Warm Cornish Punch: Watergate Bay

Ingredients
2 cups of sugar
4 cups of water
8 black tea bags
4 cinnamon sticks
1 whole clove
2 bottles of dry red wine
750ml of Coyaba Charred Pineapple rum
1 cup of orange juice, strained
2 tbsp of lemon juice
4 clementines or slices of orange
Method
Step 1

Heat the sugar and water to a simmer. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat.

Step 2

Add tea bags, cinnamon sticks and cloves. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Take a large saucepan and mix wine, rum, orange and lemon juice. Bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Strain the tea mixture into the wine, squeeze out excess from the tea bags.

Step 5

Pour straight into heatproof cups or a punch bowl and serve.

50ml of Minor Figures Oat Milk
25ml of rum
15ml of vanilla syrup
Method
Step 1

Pour the Minor Figures Chai Concentrate and Minor Figures Oat Milk into a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

Step 2

Remove from heat and add in the rum and vanilla syrup and mix together.

Step 3

Pour the cocktail into a heat resistant glass or preferred mug and finish with a garnish of star anise.
