7am

My alarm clock wakes me up. The first thing I do when I wake up is reach for my rosewater spray from my bedside table drawer. My secret to waking up refreshed and rivered is plugging my phone in the hallway to limit my screen time. I play classical music on my Sonos – I’m currently obsessed with The Swan (Carnival of the Animals) by Saint Saëns. I then brush my teeth and head downstairs to do some writing in my notebook. It can be anything from morning affirmations to things I’m leaving from the day before. I always start the day with a nettle tea and a shot of Symprove.

7.30am

I work out 5-6 times a week. I leave for the gym at 7.30am and I concentrate on a different area such as legs, arms or core. I'm currently training for a half marathon in Barcelona in February. I only completed my first half last month – the Royal Parks – but I've just become a Runna ambassador, which is crazy because four months ago I was not a runner. The only thing I ran was a bath, but I’ve definitely caught the running bug. For daily runs, I love my Asics Novablast, and for longer runs Hoka Arahi 7 are great. I wear TALA tops, and Alo are my go-to leggings for reformer Pilates.

8.30am

I make the fluffiest pancakes for breakfast. I love to cook, so once I’m back from the gym I go all out with restaurant-style protein pancakes and berries. I am obsessed with the salted caramel Free Soul protein powder. I have another tea, burdock root, that helps with inflammation, along with some sea moss. Sea moss has changed my life – I have a subscription to Myla’s Moss. I’ve been taking it for about six years now and there has been such a change in my overall health. While I’m having breakfast, I listen to some more music. Warm On A Cold Night by Honne or a Kaytranada playlist on Soundcloud is my post-gym vibe.

9am

I am a recovering acne girl, so my skincare routine is very important to me. My favourite products in the shower are the Dizziak Body Scrub  and olive oil soap that I get from my local hair shop. It leaves me feeling supple and soft – I use them all over my body with an African net sponge. On my face, I use PH Formula’s E.X.F.O. cleanser and SPOT ON Blemish Active. I style my hair with Holy Curls Fro Cream – it’s the best.

9.30am

I would describe my style as anything I want it to be. It changes day to day depending on what I’m working on or what my mood is. It is always colourful and never boring. Effortless style is really what I am aiming for. Tracee Ellis Ross is my style spirit animal because I love how much she is constantly switching things up while looking effortless. A good coat can change everything. I love my burgundy trench I got from Topshop three years ago – Kitri has a similar one at the moment.  My new pixie haircut means jewellery is a massive part of my look. Khoi earrings are my favourite at the moment. I’m usually head to toe in Kai Collective, though other brands I love for day to day include Heathe and Mochi.

10.30am

I work from the Lighthouse, a new wellness and members club in central London. It’s a gorgeous space with a chilled atmosphere, a gym, co-working area, podcast recording studio and fully stocked kitchen. On my commute in, I listen to any interviews with Gabor Maté in them. I just love listening to him speak. It's no longer a podcast, but I absolutely love Changes by Annie Macmanus. Some of her conversations are so amazing. I’m a sucker for a true-crime podcast, but not a gory crime. I prefer a silly crime. I'm listening to a podcast at the moment called Who Shat on the Floor at My Wedding? A woman had a wedding on a boat and someone pooed on the dance floor. I can’t do any commute without my Bang & Olufsen Beoplay HX headphones.

1pm

I like to have as much structure to my day as possible. Lunch is always at 1pm. I usually have leftovers from the night before that I have shoved into my rucksack or I will head to Farmer J’s if I want something quickly.  For lunch meetings, Tendril is my favourite spot. I am vegan and they do the most insane tiramisu. I catch up with my agent in the afternoon, read scripts and get a lot done via WhatsApp and emails. At the moment, I’m writing a book about taking back control of your body by addressing anything from your relationships with people, trauma, food, and gut health. There are no deadlines as yet, apart from the ones I place on myself. When I want an afternoon break at the moment, I reach for The Mountain is You by Brianna Wiest.

5pm

At 5pm on midweek days, I head over to the Heart Radio studios. I have a playback with my boss and the producer of my show from the previous Sunday for around an hour. We listen to the flow of the show, see how we're getting on, what we can improve on, and where we can place different topics. From there I head home.

7pm

The moment I walk through the door, all outside clothes come off. I am straight into my Conscious Citizen tracksuit and Long Tall Sally dressing gown. I need my dressing gown to be long as I am 5’11. Cooking is my therapy so, as long as I’ve done a food shop, it’s a three-course meal.  My fiancé is really good at just chucking anything together that’s left in the fridge, but I have to have every last ingredient to hand. To chill out we will watch a good show on TV – The Penguin has been brilliant. I am a real homebody, so I go out for work maximum twice a week. My style depends on the event, but without fail I’ll have on some heels from Sophia Webster, Mango or Charles & Keith. One of my favourite bags to wear out is my Coach Tabby.

9pm

Typically I’m in bed by 9pm. On my bedside table I have my castor oil, as I make a castor oil pack to put on my stomach before bed. I also have my amethyst and tiger eye crystals, my Stanley cup filled with water and Free Soul electrolytes, my Le Labo Pin 12 candle, and my Element by Elizabeth Kenny Slumber Spray. My nighttime skincare routine consists of a double cleanse, miracle sponges and micellar water, then a nighttime cream from PH Formula and lastly Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair. I am quite chatty before bed so my fiancé and I will have full-blown conversations – we like to talk about our peak and pit of the day. Then I pop on my Elizabeth Scarlett eye mask to fall asleep.
