Personal Assistant To Georgie Coleridge Cole

We are looking for a PA to the Founder, Georgie Coleridge Cole. This is an exciting varied role requiring initiative, strong interpersonal skills and a love for all things SheerLuxe. 

Your duties will span Georgie’s work and personal life, including helping with the logistics of her 3 school aged children - so you will need to be adaptable and flexible to a varied role. Living locally to the office in SW London is a must.

You must be proactive, highly organised, discreet and efficient. We are looking for someone who will bring a ‘can do’ attitude where no task is too big nor too small - someone who anticipates potential issues and solves them quickly. 

SheerLuxe is a fast paced, busy, fun office and this position will lie at the heart of maintaining the smooth day to day running for Georgie, whose role is now global and requires meticulous planning across different time zones. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all travel, personal and work commitments from the office or her home;
  • Running the home life of the family in collaboration with the housekeeper; and
  • Playing a key role in overseeing the children’s school & out of school activities.

Social media / industry knowledge would be attractive. 

This is an office based role with a requirement to be highly flexible to work where Georgie requires.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence and own a car. 

Salary: DOE - in the region of £40,000 per annum.
