SheerLuxe is hiring: Content Manager, Commercial

We’re looking for a confident and highly organised content manager to join our Content team. This is a key role within the Content team responsible for managing and publishing all commercial content across the SheerLuxe website. Working closely with Commercial Project Managers, you will ensure campaigns and commercial partnerships are uploaded accurately on time and to the highest standard.

You'll be detail-oriented, proactive and confident working across multiple campaigns simultaneously, helping to deliver a seamless experience for both our audience and commercial partners.

About The Role

  • Upload and publish all commercial content across the SheerLuxe website, ensuring accuracy and consistency at every stage.
  • Work closely with Commercial Project Managers to support the delivery of branded campaigns and partnerships.
  • Build, format and quality-check commercial articles, landing pages and campaign content within the CMS.
  • Ensure all content adheres to SheerLuxe's editorial, commercial and brand guidelines.
  • Manage publishing schedules and campaign deadlines, ensuring content goes live according to agreed timelines.
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-publication checks, including formatting, links, imagery, tracking requirements and overall user experience.
  • Support broader commercial content execution, ensuring consistent visibility and inclusion across key touchpoints, including newsletters, featured placements and displays.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve any publishing issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Support campaign reporting by ensuring commercial content is correctly categorised and tagged.
  • Maintain high standards of organisation across all commercial assets and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies within commercial content publishing.

About You

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working within a CMS and publishing digital content.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently.
  • Strong understanding of digital publishing best practice.
  • Experience within a digital media, publishing or content-led business is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop is desirable.
  • An interest in the lifestyle, fashion, beauty and wellness sectors is a plus.

LOCATION: This role will be based in our SW London office. This role cannot be carried out remotely.
