SheerLuxe Is Hiring! Junior Talent Co-Ordinator (4 days pw)

We are looking for a highly personable, organised and proactive Junior Talent Co-Ordinator to join our team. This role sits in our social team and has two key focuses: co-ordinating our  incredible roster of freelance contributors and tastemakers across SheerLuxe, SLMan and LuxeGen, and filming and creating their content, both in the office and out and about on location.

Working with our wider team, you’ll be the main point of contact for our freelance contributors and tastemakers – making sure they’re booked, briefed and in the right place at the right time. Whether it’s a shoot, an office day or a remote session, you’ll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while helping bring their social content to life. 

Alongside coordinating their days you’ll be filming and editing all their content, capturing both in office and on location moments, supporting day to day production and ensuring videos are edited and delivered in line with the SheerLuxe style and social requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • You will co-ordinate the scheduling and logistics for all freelance tastemakers and contributors;
  • You will act as the main point of contact throughout their time with SL whether they’re in the office or on location;
  • You will represent SL professionally at all times, building positive relationships with our contributors whilst maintaining clear professional boundaries;
  • You’ll be fully responsible for ensuring all contributors are fully briefed and have everything they need ahead of their filming days;
  • You will create and manage detailed daily itineraries for shoot days; 
  • You will film social content with our talent both in office and on location;
  • You will work closely with our video and social teams to understand content requirements timings and priorities; 
  • You will maintain an organised database of regular contributors;
  • You will play an important role in ensuring shoot days run smoothly from start to finish; and
  • You will be experienced at using CapCut and able to demonstrate an understanding of filming in our in house style.

  • You’re a people person - friendly, approachable and great at building rapport; 
  • You understand how to build warm, professional relationships and are confident working with high profile talent while remaining focused on delivering a great experience, filming great content and ensuring the day runs smoothly;
  • You’re exceptionally organised, love planning ahead and don’t let the details slip; 
  • You thrive in a fast paced environment, staying calm under pressure and can juggle many priorities at one time;
  • You love the media and content world and would relish the opportunity to learn more; 
  • You bring energy, initiative and a ‘no task too small’ attitude to your work;
  • Some relevant or industry experience is helpful, but not essential. 

Location: This role is based in our office in SW London. This role cannot be carried out remotely. This is currently a part time role working 4 days per week, Monday – Thursday.

Salary: DOE, but please note this is a junior role
