SheerLuxe Is Hiring: Marketing Executive

SheerLuxe is looking for a bright, ambitious Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who’s hungry to learn, keen to make an impact and passionate about digital content. You’ll play a key role in driving brand growth, supporting standout campaigns and helping bring the SheerLuxe brand to life across all channels. ABOUT THE ROLE

You will support the planning and delivery of marketing activities at SheerLuxe, working closely with design, social and editorial teams to:

  • Oversee the growth and management of the SheerLuxe community app, from app development through to community engagement and marketing campaigns
  • Drive lead generation initiatives to grow SheerLuxe’s email subscriber base
  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing partnerships, including events, digital activations, and brand collaborations
  • Report on content performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future activity
  • Manage website issues and liaise with the web agency to ensure timely resolution

ABOUT YOU

  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing (media or lifestyle a plus, but not essential) with some experience in digital marketing;
  • A strong understanding of email, social media and analytics;
  • Excellent communication, copywriting and organisational skills;
  • Comfortable working with data[1]  and reporting on performance;
  • Passionate about SheerLuxe and all our brands and platforms with a creative eye and strong attention to detail;
  • Highly organised, collaborative and proactive, with a can-do attitude;[2]
  • A creative thinker who’s keen to learn, take responsibility and get stuck in; and
  • Genuinely excited about digital content and a career in marketing.
  • Experience in google analytics & CRM
