We’re hiring a Social Media Assistant to join our fast-growing team and help take SL, LG and SLMan to the next level across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • You will be involved in the day-to-day management of our social accounts, with a focus on LuxeGen – including Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Under the leadership of your manager, you will be instrumental in driving channel growth.
  • You will be responsible for filming and editing content for Instagram and TikTok.
  • You will also support other members of your team working across other channels and platforms for all of our brands.
  • You must be confident at crafting on-brand captions that match each platform’s unique tone of voice.
  • You will be hands-on with content creation, both in-house and on the go.
  • You will be responsible for community management – replying to comments in the appropriate tone of voice and building connections.
  • You will stay up to date with trends, viral moments and trending audios.
  • You will be responsible for scheduling and uploading daily content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
  • You will be expected to analyse performance metrics and platform insights to refine content strategy and boost engagement when needed.

 

ABOUT YOU

 

  • We are looking for someone who is obsessed with social media, always on top of the latest trends, with a strong interest in Gen Z culture.
  • You will have a deep understanding of SheerLuxe’s different platforms – including the tone of voice and aesthetic, with the ability to translate this across different channels.
  • You will be confident using InShot, Capcut and subtitles.
  • This role needs someone who is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at once, while maintaining an impeccable eye for detail.
  • You must be driven, ambitious and eager to make an impact, with a creative mindset for social media.
  • You must be a team player who takes direction well while also bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  • To thrive in this role you will need to be passionate about fashion, beauty and lifestyle, contributing ideas that align with SheerLuxe’s brand.

 

This role requires flexibility as weekend and evening out-of-hours work are part of it.

 

You will report to our Social Media Manager and collaborate closely with our social media execs and assistants, whilst also working alongside our Head Of Social, Marketing Director and Editor-In-Chief.

 

This role is based in our office in SW London. This role cannot be carried out remotely.
