Social Media Communications Executive

We’re looking for a Social Media Comms Exec to join our team to assist in the management of social media output across SheerLuxe, LuxeGen, SLMan & Middle East.

This position will suit someone who likes project management work, is commercially savvy and has a passion for and up to date knowledge of all platforms across the social media landscape. The ideal candidate will be robust to working in social media, motivated, proactive and highly organised – capable of working autonomously, whilst also being able to lead more junior members of the team.  You will take pride in your work & ensure that all content is delivered on time and to an exemplary standard meeting all client needs. You will be managed by our Social Media Manager and work very closely with our Marketing Director, Editor in Chief as well as the rest of the social team. 

Social Media Comms Executive

• We’re looking for someone with at least 1-2 year’s industry experience managing a brand's social media accounts and campaigns or within an agency;
• You'll collaborate with the wider team developing killer commercial campaigns, sourcing imagery, copywriting for all social channels and analysing data to refine our approach; 
• You must understand the process of content creation and social best practices;
• The right candidate will come with a growth mindset and experience across TT, IG, Pinterest & YouTube;
• You must be confident in emailing & communicating with talent, business owners & brands to plan collaborations;
• You will need to demonstrate experience in growing brand social media accounts – not just personal accounts;
• If you're highly organised and a strategic thinker with a passion for building brand presence, this one's for you! 

This role requires flexibility with hours and some weekend hours when needed.
