Social Media Project Manager
About Us
SheerLuxe is one of the UK’s leading digital lifestyle publishers – we’re known for smart, stylish, audience-first content and high-impact commercial campaigns. Our social platforms are industry leading, fast-moving and fully embedded in everything we do: from editorial to commercial, brand collaborations to experiential content. We’re now looking for a Social Media Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, never drops the ball and loves the whole end-to-end process of social campaigns from concept to delivery.
The Role
Working across all commercial social campaigns, you’ll be the glue between editorial, commercial, social and production teams – owning the planning, co-ordination and flawless delivery of multiple commercial social campaigns across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Red Note and LinkedIn). You’ll attend shoots, manage stakeholders (internal and external), ensure every deliverable lands on time and everyone is continually up to date. You know that commercial campaigns matter as much as editorial and you’ll manage your projects with equal parts guardianship and ambition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of commercial social media campaigns. From brief to delivery, across all platforms and formats (static, video, stories, reels, paid, organic).
- Work with internal teams (editorial, video, commercial, design) and external partners/brands/media agencies to co-ordinate assets, timelines, approvals and delivery.
- Attend shoots or remote content sessions to ensure briefs are met, assets are captured, metadata is correct, rights cleared and platforms accounted for.
- Create, maintain and drive project plans, Gantt charts, asset tracking sheets and delivery schedules, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Act as the main point of contact for brands/clients for all commercial social execution: brief intake, milestone check-ins, debriefs and wrap-up reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, collaborate on optimisations and provide post-campaign insights to teams and clients.
- Manage multiple commercial campaigns simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines – you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Escalate issues early and find solutions proactively – you feel responsible for outcome and delivery.
- Ensure every campaign reflects the SheerLuxe standard of quality: on-brand, on-voice, on-time.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong project management skills: you know how to co-ordinate multiple streams, deadlines, stakeholders and deliverables.
- Excellent communicator: you’re confident working with senior clients/brands, creative teams, production and colleagues – you build trust quickly.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail – you never drop the ball.
- Commercially aware: you understand that behind every campaign is a brand, a KPI and a partnership and you treat all stakeholders accordingly.
- Social media fluency: you know what makes content perform on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc. You keep up with trends, platform changes and best practices.
- Comfortable on-set or on location: attending shoots, giving feedback on creative execution and ensuring deliverables align with the brief.
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude: you see what needs doing, you do it and you follow through.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and work to tight deadlines without compromise.
- Experience working in a publisher or agency-style environment is a plus.
-
You thrive working across creative and commercial teams, and understand what a commercial campaign needs to succeed.
