Talent Manager - BLUSH Talent MGMT

We’re looking for a Talent Manager to join our growing team – someone passionate about talent development, deeply connected to the digital landscape and eager to drive meaningful growth for our clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective talent, ensuring they feel supported and represented at the highest level.
  • You will develop and execute growth strategies for talent across social platforms and brand partnerships.
  • You will negotiate and manage contracts, collaborations and commercial deals, ensuring the best outcomes for talent and brand partners.
  • You will act as a liaison between talent, brands, agencies and industry partners to maximise opportunities.
  • You will stay on top of cultural trends, digital platforms and the evolving influencer/entertainment landscape.
  • You will work collaboratively with the BLUSH team to innovate and elevate the agency’s offering.
  • You will be responsible for identifying new talent and onboarding to the agency and oversee campaign invoicing, budgets and chasing financials.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have two-plus years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing with a strong track record of managing client relationships and securing brand/influencer partnerships.
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
  • You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • You have strong knowledge of digital media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, etc.) and brand partnership eco-systems.
  • You are passionate about supporting creative individuals and helping them reach their potential.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: This role is based in our office in SW London. This role cannot be carried out remotely.

Salary: DOE
