SheerLuxe is seeking a talented and motivated Account Exec / Manager to join our high-performing sales team at our growing digital publishing company based in SW London.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving revenue growth and contribute to the success of a leading lifestyle brand.
This is a full time role based in our SW London office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Commercial team is a hardworking, collaborative team - working with agencies and direct to client business.
Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing exceptional account management. Core to your role will be to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to both new and existing clients to maximise revenue potential. Generating new leads, pitching SheerLuxe’s 360 offerings to new clients and converting them into long-term partnerships, will be part of the key outreach programme.
Working closely with internal teams you will ensure the seamless execution of client campaigns and deliver exceptional results. You will develop account strategies and plans to achieve client objectives and drive campaign effectiveness. Monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics, you will provide insights and recommendations for optimisation and future campaigns. Staying up to date with industry trends and market insights will help you identify new opportunities for client engagement and revenue growth.
You will collaborate with clients on contract renewals, pricing negotiations and campaign terms and conditions. Regularly preparing reports and presentations for clients, highlighting campaign performance, key metrics and strategic recommendations will be essential.
ABOUT YOU
Experience working with or in an agency is a must.
We are looking for someone with 1-2 years experience in a sales role, preferably within the digital advertising, media or publishing industry.
You must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
A proven track record of identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing deals is required.
Candidates must possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Salary: DOE. This is a salary and commission based role.
