We're Hiring: Social Account Manager – Luxe&Co

We’re looking for an experienced Social Account Manager to join the team at Luxe&Co, following the win of a major new client. This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to play a key part in transforming a well-known brand’s social presence.

From brand strategy and tone of voice to standout creative, Luxe&Co’s new social division delivers cohesive, culture-led social campaigns that capture attention, sparks connection, and drives meaningful results.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Working closely with our Business Director and SheerLuxe’s Head of Social, you will be responsible for leading the daily account management and communication with the client, ensuring timelines and project deliverables are met.
  • You will be responsible for planning, briefing and co-ordinating social shoots with the support of an Account Exec and video/editor.
  • You will be responsible for managing content calendars, projects, Client WIP and approvals, using project management tools.
  • With guidance from the Head of Social, you’ll take the lead on copywriting, scheduling, and publishing content across our clients’ channels. You’ll also bring experience in building and nurturing engaged communities through social media.
  • Analyse performance data and platform insights to refine content strategy and boost engagement when needed.
  • You will build strong relationships with both the Client and the internal team.
  • Ensure that the client’s marketing calendar is executed through engaging, insight-led social campaigns across platforms including Instagram and TikTok

ABOUT YOU

  • You have 2+ years experience in a social media or digital account management role, ideally within an agency environment.
  • You’re confident in managing client relationships and comfortable presenting ideas and results.
  • You will have experience working with large or global brands, preferably in retail or lifestyle sectors.
  • You’re a confident communicator, highly organised, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once, thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
  • You’re driven, ambitious, and ready to make your mark, with a creative mindset and a sharp eye for what works on social.

 

This role is based in our office in SW London. This role cannot be carried out remotely. You will be expected to work one day a week at the client’s office.
