  • 3 tbs of tahini
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely grated
  • ½ cup of hot water
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Pinch of sea salt


  1. Place everything in a NutriBullet or blender and mix together. Taste and add more salt or lemon if desired.
  2. If it gets too thick, just add more hot water.
