Oak Wood Eau De Parfum, £125 | Sunspel
“Most of us are familiar with Sunspel as a fashion brand but I think its fragrance collection deserves more attention than it gets. Created in partnership with master perfumer Lyn Harris, the small but perfectly formed collection of four scents is inspired by the changing seasons and landscapes of the British Isles. As you might expect from that brief, each fragrance is incredibly evocative and bold in an elemental way (think notes redolent of rugged coastlines and lush hedgerows) yet they still manage to feel personal and intimate. I genuinely love all four but if pushed, I’d have to pick the earthy and elegant Oak Wood with notes of bergamot, sandalwood and oak moss.”
Anti-Pollution Primer, £33 | Grown Alchemist
“This brand is a go-to for me when it comes to skincare and bodycare but I’ll be honest, I didn’t know what to expect with this make-up primer. As it turns out, I should have expected more because it’s really good. The brand prides itself on clever, conscious biotech formulations, which means it contains everything you need in a good skincare-first primer and nothing you don’t need (like silicone which can pill). I love how seamlessly make-up glides on afterwards, and how blurring and subtly mattifying it is, but I also love how it’s geared towards maintaining a healthy balanced skincare barrier as much as anything else.”

Solu Sea Salt Scrub Cleanser, £30 | Davines
“Davines is one of my favourite haircare brands and I often say it’s not as hyped as it should be – especially when it comes to this cleanser. Gentle, but effective, I use it once a week to get rid of product build-up and grease that’s sat on my scalp. It gives my hair a lighter, bouncier feel and it boosts shine too. I love the spa-like scent as well.”
Barrier Restore Cream, £30 | Rhode
“It may seem counterintuitive to say that Rhode – one of 2024’s most viral beauty brands – could possibly have an ‘underrated’ product in its line-up, but this Barrier Restore Cream doesn’t get as much airtime as it should. The now-cult Peptide Lip Treatments and viral phone cases hog most of the spotlight, but this gentle, everyday moisturiser has become such a saviour for my sensitive skin. I've gone through at least two over the past year and a half, so it's safe to say it's become a staple.”

Complete Everyday Sunshine SPF15 Light Cream With Sunless Tanner, £15.73 | Olay
“Olay's Everyday Sunshine is increasingly difficult to get hold of, so if you spot it, stock up. It's the best budget facial tanner I've tried to date – apply it daily for a subtle, sun-kissed glow.”
Magic Brush, £30 | Moncho Moreno
“This Spanish haircare brand is a new discovery for me, and I'm pleased to report its Magic Brush seriously lives up to its name. It detangles without pulling, gliding through your hair like a knife through butter.”

Glued 4 Brows & Edges 2in1 Gel, £5.50 | Got2b
“If, like me, you constantly tie your hair up and want to smooth flyaways, you will love this non-sticky slicker. It’s got a neat wand that’s coated in glossy product and, once hair sets, it stays put but without that crispy feel. It’s also great for taming brows and creating that fluffed-up effect we all want. It’s so affordable, too.”
Translucent Bronzing Tint, £21 | Dr. Hauschka
“How this hasn’t gone viral is beyond me – it’s the best liquid bronzer I’ve tried. Light and natural-looking, it breathes life into dull winter skin with a soft glowy hue that always looks healthy rather than OTT. I love it when I don’t want the commitment of self-tan.”
