One product that energises me for the day is the Mutha Exfoliating Body Bar in the ‘Detox Greens’ scent. I actually use it to wash my underwear in the shower – a tip I picked up from my friend Lorraine who’s French. I use the soap on my body afterwards and I love it because I clean away any toxins and start my day feeling so fresh and clean.
Eryfotona Ageless Tinted Mineral Sunscreen

I am religious about wearing sunscreen to protect my face from harmful UV rays. Not all SPFs are created equal but one I swear by and use every morning is the Isdin Eryfotona Ageless SPF 50.
Essential Face Compact

To help me appear fresher, I use make-up artist Fara Homidi’s Essential Face Compact – specifically the Smooth Veil Soft Matte side of the compact which sits somewhere between concealer and foundation – but only in the spots where I need it.
Pucker Up Lip Plump

Recently, I’ve added a new favourite to my lip rotation – the Mutha lipstick. It’s the perfect option for girls who don’t like the feel of traditional lipstick. Hope Smith – founder of Mutha – gave me a lab sample and I’m addicted. It’s the perfect colour with a matte-but-hydrated texture. It comes out in the autumn, so it’s one to have on your radar.

One recent discovery that has earned a place in my morning routine is L-glutamine powder. There are lots of different benefits but I love it for supporting my gut health. It was recommended to me by my friend Emily Oberg, CEO and founder of Sporty & Rich, who encouraged me to give it a go after I asked her how her stomach is so perfect.
MME Grey
Madame Grey | $250
I never leave the house without spritzing something – my signature is Madame Grey Parfum which I like to spray all over my body. I worked on it for years and the final version was created in collaboration with master perfumer Jérôme Epinette. I can’t be without it.
The Brow Pencil

Don’t skip your brows if you want to feel more put-together. Eyebrows make me feel my best. I use the Norwegian brand Bob Beauté to add definition and frame my face. My go-tos are The Brow Pencil and The Brow Gel.
