“Postpartum, I’ve made it my goal to reinvigorate my tired, dull skin, starting with some facial pummelling courtesy of the Magnitone Pebble Pro Device, which I rate for its affordability (compared to other devices), but also because it isn’t a faff to use. The little pulses promise, over time, to deliver a firmer, more youthful-looking face, while red light reduces dullness. It’s early days, but so far, it’s giving the short-term perkiness and bounce that I’m craving. Speaking of rejuvenation, nothing wakes my skin up quite like Garnier’s Ambre Solaire Fake Tan Drops – which I add to my moisturiser when I want a hint of colour that isn’t OTT – and MCoBeauty’s Multi Use Cream Sticks. I love all four shades, but ‘Peony Rose’ is my go-to for a juicy, rosy glow. Lastly, I always order Got2b’s Brow Gel from Amazon because I get through it so quickly. Recommended to me by a make-up artist, it’s great for those who, like me, like a laminated – but not crunchy – brow.”

Body Blur, £35 | Vita Liberata
Aqua Rich UV Watery Essence, £10.65 | Biorė
Telescopic Mascara, £7.89 | L'Oréal Paris
Rêve De Miel Honey Lip Care, £14.40 (was £18) | Nuxe
"If you're on the hunt for a brilliant, affordable mascara, you're in safe hands with L'Oréal Paris. Criminally underrated, the original Telescopic – which you can't always get your hands on in store – gets my vote. The combination of length and separation is unrivalled. Heading into summer, you can't beat a wash-off tan to see you through any last-minute plans and Vita Liberata's updated Body Blur formula is my cheat to speedy faux glow. Then, to protect my skin against UV damage, daily SPF is a must. For layering under make-up, it needs to feel hydrating and weightless and Bioré's Aqua Rich Watery Essence ticks the right boxes. Finally, lip oils are everywhere but Nuxe's version is in a league of its own. Silky and not at all sticky, it makes my lips feel cushiony soft."

The Glow Getter Whipped Multi-Oil Body Butter, £22 | NaturiumSqualane Cleanser, £8.30 | The Ordinary
Zero Pore Pads, £17.99 | MedicubeLip Liner STAY-N Peel Off Lip Stain, £14 | Sacheu
“I buy the majority of my beauty products in person, searching the shelves for newness, testing out scents and textures. But some staples are easy to add to an Amazon shop (and sometimes they’re cheaper too). I can’t live without the Naturium Glow Getter Whipped Multi-Oil Body Butter, it’s the one product that’s helped me build a daily moisturising habit when it comes to my body. The Ordinary Squalane Cleanser is another staple I come back to often – simple, effective and affordable. A more recent discover is Medicube. Its Zero Pore Pads are in Amazon’s top ten bestselling beauty products and I can see why – they’re brilliant at exfoliating (helping to smooth texture and clear pores) and hydrating at the same time. Sacheu is another brand I discovered online and I’ve recently been experimenting with its Lip Liner Stay-n. Watch this space to see if it becomes a permanent favourite.”
