Recently, I’ve been using Gisou’s Honey Gloss Shampoo and Conditioner alongside the brand’s Collagen Drops. At first, I wasn't sure which product was responsible for the extra bounce and volume, but after trying the drops on their own, they definitely earned the credit. I apply four to six drops to dry hair, leave them to sit – even better if the sun warms them slightly – before rinsing out as normal. The result is softer, more manageable hair with noticeably more fullness and density that you can actually feel. They’re also great for creating sleek buns or simply adding extra gloss.

I love a good scalp treatment, and right now TYPEBEA’s has earned a permanent place in my shower. As trichologists often say, your scalp is like a flowerbed — healthy growth starts with healthy foundations — so I’ve been taking it seriously as part of my postpartum hair routine. Powered by glycolic acid, it leaves my scalp feeling incredibly fresh without any harsh scrubbing or irritation. There are endless new beauty brands launching, but one that’s really caught my attention is Saltair. More than just pretty packaging, its body care is among the best I’ve tried, with the Santal Bloom Body Butter, Salt Water Vanilla Body Oil, and Coral Coast Body Wash becoming firm favourites. The body butter smells incredible – think creamy coconut with a beachy warmth – and softens bumpy, uneven skin in no time. It absorbs quickly too, which is essential in any good body lotion. The oil leaves limbs silky with a healthy glow while making light work of dry, scaly patches, and the body wash has genuinely improved my KP (keratosis pilaris). It gently exfoliates and brightens with a satisfying foam that leaves skin feeling properly clean.

M&S Apothecary Warmth Eau de Parfum
One of my favourite fragrances is ‘Warmth’ by M&S Apothecary – and I’m clearly not alone, with the brand selling 11 bottles every minute. If you’ve yet to discover it, expect a comforting blend of cinnamon, cedarwood and cardamom that feels warm, aromatic and incredibly soothing. If you like Le Labo’s ‘Santal’ scent profile, this will be right up your street. The only downside is longevity, so I treat it more like a body mist and top up throughout the day.

THE EMPTY:
MERIT Brow 1980 Volumizing Eyebrow Pomade Gel
In my opinion, this is the best brow gel on the market. I’ve been through tube after tube. I use the shade 'Light Brown' and love how the tiny fibres bulk out sparse hairs while keeping them in place all day. Best of all, it manages this without leaving brows feeling crunchy or stiff. The shades lean warm rather than grey or ashy, so there’s none of that dull residue left on the skin, and the small brush is brilliant for catching every hair without feeling clumsy. A perfect brow product every time.

The ZIIP Halo has long been my go-to for toning my complexion, but a conversation at Liberty's beauty counters persuaded me to finally try Medicube’s Age-R Booster Pro. It had been recommended before, but hearing someone with no connection to the brand rave about it convinced me to swap devices for a while. So far, I’m hugely impressed. It feels a little uncomfortable at first, but you quickly get used to the warm, zapping sensation as you glide it over the skin. Combining microcurrent, EMS, LED therapy and electroporation, this six-in-one device promises to lift, firm, tone and boost skincare absorption. Whether it enhances absorption remains to be seen, but I do think my skin feels firmer and, dare I say it, a little more sculpted. Consistency is key, but I love having so many technologies combined into one streamlined tool. The Derma Shot mode is my favourite for facial contouring and tackling mild sagging.
