A brand that’s killing it right now is Then I Met You. The K-beauty skincare label has some amazing formulas, in particular I love the cleanser. Another favourite is Allies Of Skin – its Copper Tripeptide & Ectoin Advanced Repair Serum helps to repair your skin barrier, which is essential at this time of year.
One new formula that made it into my kit recently is Sisley’s Phyto-Teint Nude. It’s the most innovative formula; it feels super light but is full of pigment. The coverage is medium, but it leaves your skin still looking like skin, only more elevated. It also comes in so many different shades, which is perfect for my kit.
The SS25 runway trend that stood out to me was ‘tomboy chic’. I am completely here for a focus on ‘handsome’ beauty and leaning into cooler, hyper-real skin.
One of my favourite celebrity faces is Florence Pugh’s. Her longtime make-up artist Alex Babsky does such a beautiful job with her, combining her classic starlet beauty with fresh ideas to keep it relevant and interesting.
The shade I can’t get enough of at the moment is red. I think it’s the change of season – we need more colour. I’m currently obsessed with the new Phyto-Rouge Velvet Lipsticks, the formula is out of this world, smooth and hydrating, but it also makes your lips feel plump and velvety. The pigment is incredible and it lasts really well. I can’t decide between 41 – a true bright cherry – and 43, a deeper blood red.

A formula I’ve just added to my kit is the St. Tropez Sunlit Skin Bronzing Tint + Tan. I use it in place of bronzer and paint it underneath foundation for subtle warmth, but it has the added benefit of longer wear as it doubles up as a sunless tanner.
The trend I’m all over right now is ‘blonzing’. I love layering my own KJH.brand Soft Smudge Lip & Cheek in the shade ‘Soft Raisin’ over the top of bronzing drops. Such a healthy, glowy combination.
A brand that has caught my eye lately is Simihaze Beauty. I love the attention to detail in the textures and the design of the clickable packaging – so satisfying.
The awards season look I loved was Emma Stone’s red-carpet look for the Golden Globes. Her pixie cut and soft, bronzed skin was such a winning combination. Make-up artist Rachel Goodwin and hairstylist Mara Roszak are both brilliant.

A formula I’ve just added to my kit is the Westman Atelier Liquid Super Loaded. Not only does it have this lemon drizzle cake scent and deliver a skin-like glow without being sticky, it’s one of the very few liquid highlighters I’ve worked with that doesn’t take off any make-up underneath. You can even apply powder blush over the top without it going patchy. It’s a miracle in a bottle.
The celebrity look that caught my eye recently was Anya Taylor Joy at a Tiffany & Co. event in Paris. Sheer perfection, although she never gets it wrong. Her make-up wasn’t overly complicated – just hydrated, satiny skin and a well-executed black wing – but the whole look oozed elegance.
A brand I’m excited about right now is M·A·C. It’s bringing back iconic products from the archives, including much-loved discontinued lipsticks like ‘Yash’, ‘Fleshpot’ and ‘Folio’. There’s so much joy and nostalgia around this brand, and I’m here for it.
The shades I can’t get enough of at the moment are cool greys. Wonderskin’s IYKYK Eyeshadow Stick in ‘Ash’ is a softer alternative to dark brown or black and will make blue eyes pop. Simply swipe it over your lids and blend it out or follow your lash line for a subtler approach.
One SS25 runway trend that stood out for me was spikey brows at Dior Couture by Peter Philips. The shaping mirrored the angular headpieces – such a simple statement but so effective at tying the collection’s aesthetic together.

The brand that’s nailing it right now is Merit. It excels in minimalist, skin-like formulas. The Flush Balm is a staple in my kit – so creamy, blendable and it melts into the skin.
One formula that has made it into my kit recently is the Wonderskin Tinted Lip Stain. The peel-off formula is a game-changer, leaving behind a soft, slightly diffused effect. It pairs really well with Chanel’s Baume Essentiel – the perfect dewy highlighter.
The viral trend I’m currently hooked on is ‘glass skin’. Pat McGrath’s new mask takes it to another level. It’s not just about dewiness anymore, it’s that almost liquid-like effect that looks futuristic, yet is surprisingly wearable. The way it catches and reflects the light makes the skin appear impossibly smooth and radiant, almost like a real-life filter.
One of my favourite celebrity looks so far this year has been Zendaya at the Golden Globes. There was such a mix of classic Hollywood glamour and modern, more experimental beauty, but her monochromatic rose-toned look really stood out. Her eyes, lips and cheeks were perfectly in sync, giving off that romantic yet powerful vibe.

The brand that’s nailing it right now is Poco Beauty. It was launched last year by Irish entrepreneur Pippa O’Connor Ormond, and I’m really into its laidback-luxe aesthetic. I’m all about mimicking a natural, skin-like glow and Face Glaze in ‘Morning Light’ is perfect for achieving this.
A formula I always find myself reaching for is Patrick Ta’s Double-Take Crème and Powder Blush. The brand can do no wrong in my eyes and this dual-formula product is a game-changer. Layering powder over cream blush is a trick I adopted early in my career for longevity but also an epic colour payoff. The Major Dimension Eyeshadow is another favourite of mine – the ultra-fine pearly pigments can transform any eye look.
The SS25 runway trend I’m hooked on is ethereal-looking skin, created by make-up artist Carly Utting for Dreaming Eli. Inspired by shipwrecked sirens, the glistening, glowy effect felt so romantic. I’ll be recreating this look using the Pat McGrath Skin Fetish Highlighter.
The shade I can’t get enough of is mocha. It’s a warm, comforting brown on the eyes and lips – think milky, latte hues and mid-toned earthy browns. The Armani Eye Tint in ‘Cashew’ blended all over the eyelid and outside the socket line is a foolproof way to achieve mocha mousse eyes.
