For Treatments…

“I love getting a PRP (platelet rich plasma) treatment done with Dr Jason Diamond. It injects a concentration of your own blood platelets back into your skin to accelerate the healing process. The result is a plumper, healthier-looking complexion. I’ve done it a few times now and I’m loving the results. I also enjoy a good lymphatic drainage massage. I’ve had them for a few years now, and I swear by them after a long flight.” – Marianna

“Every week I try to hit up an infrared sauna. They are so beneficial for your overall wellbeing and aid things like better sleep, relaxation and the detoxification process. I’ve also been working with an energy healer recently – John Amaral – and it’s been a fascinating experience. It opened up my body in new ways and relieved soreness in key areas, while also triggering different emotions. It’s all very intriguing.” – Lauren

For Nails…

“I always have my nails done. I feel so naked without polish and my signature shade is Essie’s Ballet Slippers – it’s been a favourite since 2008 and I rarely wear anything else.” – Marianna

“I’ll often do my own nails since it’s hard to find time for an appointment. My go-to brand is Olive & June. The colours are incredible – they have a gel-like finish that looks expensive, and really go the distance.” – Lauren

For Hair Styling…

Dyson’s Airwrap is an essential in my hair styling routine. I can’t do my hair without it – for me, it’s been a total game-changer.” – Marianna

Oribe’s Texturising Spray wins every time. It gives limp hair new life and the scent is incredible. I also love to spritz the Ouai Wave Spray whenever I allow my hair to dry naturally – it gives you that unbeatable cool-girl texture.” – Lauren

For Repeat Buys…

Summer Fridays Dream Oasis Hydrating Serum does wonders for my skin. I need all the extra hydration and moisture I can get, so I slather this on morning and night. I always have a lip liner on me, too. My current favourite is ‘Travis’ from Makeup By Mario.” – Marianna

“I also have to say Summer Fridays – of course – specifically our CC Me Vitamin C Serum. It is my holy grail for brightening my skin and minimising the appearance of my post-partum dark spots. I’ve also found a new obsession with Rose Inc’s Brow Gel and Merit’s Highlighter Balm – both are make-up bag staples.” – Lauren

For Haircuts…

“Both of us visit Tauni Dawson in Los Angeles. She cuts and colours our hair – she’s the only person we trust to get it right. She’s brilliant for transitioning your shade if you want to mix things up as well.” – Marianna

For Brow Maintenance…

“I never wax my brows and only pluck a couple of straight hairs where needed. One thing I swear by, however, is brow lamination. In between those appointments, I use the REFY Brow Gel to keep everything smooth and in place.” – Marianna

“No one has touched my brows in years. I have quite full arches, and I’ve always found they look best when I do less to them. The one thing I do swear by is good brow products. Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Pencil is ideal for filling sparse areas, and the Rose Inc Brow Gel will seal hairs in place. Full brows are important to me – they have a big impact on how I feel about my overall appearance.” – Lauren

For Unwinding At Home…

Forvr Mood candles by Jackie Aina are one of my bathroom favourites. Aveeno’s Soothing Bath Treatment is always in there, too – my skin is so sensitive, my dermatologist recommended this for periods of heightened irritation. To switch off, I love to dim the lights and take a warm shower or bath before bed, then finish off with a book.” – Marianna

Goop’s G.Tox Detox Bath Salts are a must-try if you want to unwind. They instantly soothe and relax weary muscles. I love taking a nightly, warm shower and doing a full-on evening skincare routine to switch off. I’ll also slather on our Summer Fridays Body Lotion & Babymoon Belly Balm. Finally, a magnesium tea before bed is worth a try if you struggle with your sleep – I love the one by MoonJuice.” – Lauren

For Overall Wellbeing…

“Like most people, I try to take care of myself from the inside out, which is why gut health has become a key part of my beauty routine. Taking a probiotic has been in the key to helping my skin look and feel its best – I swear by TBC.” – Marianna

“I truly believe when we feel 100% mentally, it shows physically. I move my body daily – even if it’s only for ten minutes – and stretch every morning. I drink a lot of water and take daily supplements like Seed probiotics and a vitamin B complex from Cove – it really helps with my migraines.” – Lauren

For Glowing Skin…

“It sounds excessive, but I swear by my Celluma LED Light Panel which I use at home. I’ll begin by cleansing my skin, then I’ll use the light for 30 minutes, following up with one of our Summer Friday’s serums or oils for that dewy glow we all love.” – Marianna

“I go to Dr Lancer for skin check-ups, including annual mole checks which are so important – everyone should carve out time for this. At home, I love the Vanity Planet Facial Steamer. It’s so easy to use because it has such a portable design. It gives skin a total refresh and leaves it feeling so soft. I also love to mist on Tatcha’s Luminous Dewy Skin Mist for a bit of instant glow.” – Lauren
