Cleansing & Renewing Body Wash, £24.99 | Olay

“The first product I always track down when I go to the US is the Olay Cleansing & Renewing Body Wash with retinol. As someone who takes bodycare seriously, this product is an absolute must. Not only does it leave my skin feeling incredibly soft and hydrated, the added retinol promotes a radiant, more even skin tone. It’s like giving your body the same love and attention you'd give your face — gentle exfoliation, deep hydration and a glowing finish. I’m still disappointed it’s not available here in the UK, but even stocking up on at least three bottles each trip and often paying for extra luggage because of it, it’s worth the extra effort.”

Whipped Argan Oil Body Butter, From £50.95 | Josie Maran

"Next on my American beauty haul list is the Josie Maran Whipped Argan Oil Body Butter. I love a good body butter, so I was thrilled to finally give this one a try – I’d seen countless people raving about it online. When I popped into Sephora, I was pleasantly surprised to find it comes in a variety of scents. One thing I always do before committing to a full-size product is try a mini or travel-size version first, so I picked up a mini and used it over the next few days and loved every bit of it. This body butter is incredibly nourishing thanks to its rich blend of argan oil, and it left my skin feeling soft, smooth and deeply hydrated. In the end, I couldn’t resist picking up a full-sized tub of the ‘Topless Tangerine’ scent. Imagine the vibrant, fresh scent of juicy oranges – it’s like a burst of summer in a jar.”

Faded Brightening Cleansing Bar, £44.95 | Topicals

“One product that is always on my list to buy in the US is the Topicals Faded Brightening Cleansing Bar. I’ve been a fan of Topicals for a while, especially its Faded Brightening & Clearing Serum for the face and the Slather Exfoliating Body Serum, which has become one of my holy grail products for smooth, even skin. The Faded Brightening Cleansing Bar is formulated to target body hyperpigmentation, making it ideal for evening out areas with dark spots or discolouration. Full of powerful yet gentle ingredients, it works to brighten and improve skin texture over time, making it the perfect addition to any bodycare routine focused on clarity and glow.”

Lumi Le Liquid Blush, £9.99 | L'Oréal Paris

“I picked up a couple of shades of the new L’Oréal Lumi Le Liquid Blush and, I have to say, I’m really impressed. The quality is fantastic, especially for a drugstore product. It gives the most beautiful flush, with a luminous finish that’s a perfect blend of pigment and highlighter. If you’re into a soft, radiant make-up look, this is ideal.”

UV Reflect Antioxidant SPF 50, $26 | Naturium

“Sunscreen is an essential – I wear it every single day, rain or shine, so I go through quite a lot. I’m always eager to try new formulas, so when I spotted Naturium’s UV Reflect Antioxidant SPF 50, I had to pick it up. As a huge fan of Naturium’s skincare and bodycare lines, I knew I’d be in for a treat. This sunscreen is full of antioxidants, offering not only broad-spectrum UV protection but also an extra shield against environmental stressors. I love it because it’s a chemical sunscreen, which works well on deeper skin tones because it doesn’t leave a grey or chalky cast behind. It’s become a quick favourite.”

Turn Up The Base Full Beat Liquid Foundation, £44 | ONESIZE

“I was thrilled to discover stateside that Onesize has just launched its Turn Up the Base Full Beat Liquid Foundation. As a fan of its On ‘Til Dawn Setting Spray, I couldn't resist picking it up. It offers a beautiful, long-wearing soft matte finish, perfect for the festive season. It's both water and sweat resistant, providing more coverage than my usual daytime wear. If it's anything like the setting spray, this foundation is set to become a staple in my make-up collection.”

“As a long-time admirer of Makeup by Mario – and even more so since attending one of his transformative masterclasses – I eagerly await each new product launch. On my recent trip, I picked up the new SurrealSkin Soft Blur Setting Powder and it truly lives up to the hype. This talc-free, pro-performance loose powder is designed to set make-up for up to 12 hours, providing a natural finish while controlling shine throughout the day.
