There’s been a barrage of new foundation launches recently and I’m loving many of them, including Armani’s updated Luminous Silk formula. I buff it down to a very light coverage and it still lasts all day long. Speaking of staying power, Le Labo’s new Violette 30 scent gets top marks on that front. It’s a modern, cooler take on violet – not cloying or overly sweet, but fresh and green. When it comes to skincare, I’m a peptide addict but combined with niacinamide in this serum by Medik8, it’s even better, helping to reduce the appearance of pores and smooth texture. A surprise entry is a lip liner because I only started wearing it in the past few months, but Clinique’s Quickliner in ‘Nude Honey’ is the perfect shade and texture for me: not too bold but creamy, blendable and still long-lasting.

The mornings are marginally lighter now but until spring has officially sprung, I’ll still be reaching for this genius mood-booster by Aromatherapy Associates. Simply spritz directly into hot running water and breathe deeply. The steam-activated mist fills my bathroom with a soothing, botanical cloud. Make-up-wise, Summer Fridays’ easy-to-wear lip liner has taken up permanent residence on my desk; I’ve fallen hard for ‘Latte’, a muted, throw-on peach which blends beautifully with lip balm. Similarly, Rhode’s Lip Boost has won me over. The OG Peptide Treatment never wowed me but this is excellent – I much prefer the rich, cushiony-soft texture. Finally, an unexpected fragrance favourite – Escentric Molecules Molecule 01 + Champaca. Skin-like scents never usually do it for me but this is special. Simultaneously smooth and understated, it adds a creamy luminosity into my current scent rotation.

From the Saltair Santal Bloom Body Wash to many other recent discoveries I won’t gatekeep anymore, these finds have slowly become mainstays in my beauty line-up over the last few weeks. Armani’s liquid blush was used on me by multiple make-up artists last year, so I had to snap up my own to recreate the look. Elsewhere, I’ve long been loving Salt & Stone – the body butters are so needed at this dry time of year. Finally, the Clarins Ever Bronze Compact Powder has been a saviour for warming up my skin and adding a subtle glow without overpowering my make-up.
