1. I hate switching bags, so I prefer to buy one which goes with everything. This Bottega Veneta bag is an investment, but it works for both day and night, and the white colourway makes it perfect for summer.
2. Packing as light as possible is always a priority come holiday time, so I love styling up a classic swimsuit for the beach and beyond – make it dinner ready by adding trousers or a skirt.
3. Summer shoes shouldn’t be fussy. I usually go for something laid back that I can throw on with everything, from a wide leg pant to a sultry summer dress – and this strappy design more than fits the brief.

1. I love this take on a straw bag, as the detail makes it slightly different to your standard basket style. The fringing and contrast black stitching make it more versatile, so you can style it from day to night, seamlessly.
2. This Rixo mini dress is so sweet – oversized collar, floral embroidery, puff sleeves… what’s not to love? It’s got all the qualities of the perfect summer dress – I love wearing it with simple sandals or my Castañer espadrilles, while a raffia bag completes the look.
3. I spent the whole of last summer in Arizona Love’s pearl Trekky sandals, so this year I updated them with the new, chunkier version. They literally go with every outfit – plus, they’re so comfortable. have my eye on the black velvet pair next…

1&3. There are countless styling options when it comes to a matching suit, whether you wear the pieces together or separately. I love wearing the blazer with a white tank and jeans or with a linen maxi dress for a soft contrast – plus, the breathable fabric makes it ideal for warm weather.

2. I’ve been styling this simple dress with chunky sandals and Veja sneakers for casual walks in the park – it’s a really easy, throw on piece and the back detail gives it some extra interest.

1. After a year of lockdown, statement dresses are my go-to choice – no one needs a tight waistband right now! I recently bought this Stine Goya piece, which is easy to dress up with wedge espadrilles or flat tan sandals for the daytime.

2. For something a little more understated, I love a plain black, loose-fitting dress in the summer.

3. I use my basket bag all the time – this one holds everything and I love that it’s personalised, too. It really is the perfect size to use for any occasion.

4.The only heels I wear in the summer are Castañer espadrilles – they’re comfortable, chic and if you’re on the shorter side like me, they’ll give you some extra height.

1. Shirts are so versatile, and I've found myself wearing this one time and again. Wear it buttoned up and tucked in for work and then open and loose over a bikini or cami for a more relaxed look. The stripes are smart, but the linen keeps it casual.

2. Simple from the front, but thanks to cut out detail at the back, this dress is a real show-stopper. I style it with some gold jewels, Arizona Love sandals and a Loewe basket by day, switching for Gucci sandals and a mini bag by night. I’m planning to buy it in white, too.

3. These are some of the most flattering denim shorts around – they’re such a great length; pair them with a tank top and an oversized blazer.

1. Every girl needs a forever straw bag – the style comes back each year, so it’s a worthwhile investment. I love this one from Celine, which I actually bought last year as it’s the perfect size to throw in all your essentials.
2. They’re not exactly something I’ve purchased this year, but year after year I pull these Hermès sandals back out. I just adore them, especially in the white, as they’re versatile for both city and beach wear.
3. A crochet or broderie anglaise dress is a must, in my opinion. I love this one from Zimmermann – with ruffles and scalloped edging, the black still feels light. Just add sandals and a basket bag to complete the look.

1. This is my first tweed Chanel bag and it means a lot to me for a number of reasons. My daughter’s name, Carnelian Agate, is represented in the colour combination and it also reminds me of home in Persia, where the agate stone has been used in jewellery for generations.

2. I have worn these wide-leg jeans from Zara on repeat – they fit beautifully, the shape is super flattering and they’re a great price, too.

3. I just bought these Louis Vuitton sandals – they’re cool, classic and go with just about everything. My husband refuses to walk with me when I wear them, but I still love them!

1. A linen shirt is my go-to item during the summer, and I have a variety of colours. Wear them oversized, tucked in, tied or left loose.

2. I love this take on the bum bag – who doesn’t like to be hands-free? I’ve been wearing this non-stop and it’s surprisingly roomy.

1. My latest addition, and obsession, are these sleek and strappy Sania d’Mina sandals. They’re not only stunning to look at, but they’re also designed with function and comfort in mind. Wear them with summer dresses and tailored trousers whenever you want to feel a little more put together.

2&3. I’m all about keeping things simple – with a fun twist – during the summer, so this matching By Malina set is the perfect outfit. Style it with black or deep brown accessories to add contrast to the look.

1. I’m a big fan of the top left pair of hoops in this set. To me, there’s nothing that says summer more than a small pair of chunky hoops… these will make the ideal finishing touch to any outfit.

2. I get so many compliments on these glasses. I wear them every day; they’re so lightweight and the perfect shape.

3. People stop me in the street to ask where I found this t-shirt, as it’s such a great shape. Go up a few sizes for the perfect fit.

4. These shorts are so comfy – I’ve just had a baby and the paper-bag waist is really flattering post-partum.
