the HISTORY

Founded in 1986 by Belgian designer Dries Van Noten, rich textures and masterful tailoring has helped the eponymous label build a cult following over the last 40 years. Taking a more artistic approach to fashion, it’s known for blending eclectic design with impeccable craftsmanship. In 2024, Julian Klausner took over as creative director to bring a fresh perspective to the collections but also remain true to the brand’s signature aesthetic. Known for its unique mix of colour, pattern and structure, Dries Van Noten continues to push the boundaries of modern luxury, making it one of the most exciting brands of the moment.

the AESTHETIC

The aesthetic is largely defined by sharp tailoring, rich textures and an unexpected clash of prints and colour. The brand has always mastered that balance between statement-making, directional fashion and everyday wearability – whether it’s via oversized outerwear, fluid silks or perfectly cut trousers. Luxe but not fussy, eclectic but always refined, it feels both creative and timeless.

In an industry DRIVEN BY TRENDS, Dries Van Noten remains a STEADFAST ICON, blending its timeless aesthetic with modern sensibilities to create collections that feel both AUTHENTIC and OF-THE-MOMENT.

the NEW COLLECTION

For SS25, Dries Van Noten delivered a masterclass in effortless elegance. The collection played with contrasts – think structured coats cinched at the waist, as well as fluid, sport-luxe-inspired layers, while rich textures like crushed silk and jacquard added depth and interest. The colour palette included hits of bright pink and deep orange, which were then balanced by earthy neutrals.
