I love the embellished details on these Mango sandals. I also spotted this jacket on ASOS this week – I don’t have a denim jacket and love the relaxed style of this one. I think this NA-KD dress looks so expensive, and this tote would be the perfect work bag.

Even though summer isn't over yet, I'm looking at pieces for my transitional wardrobe. I can't get enough of resin jewellery – I love the earrings and matching ring from Zara that will instantly add a gorgeous pop of colour to any look. Barrel-leg trousers are my latest obsession – this COS pair will work with so much in my wardrobe. I'm also jumping on the brown bag hype and, finally, I love the cut-out detail on these burgundy courts.

Silky trousers, summer browns and rattan bags are some of the staples I’m reaching for night now. Throw in a pair of statement earrings and a fisherman sandal to keep things cool.

September can't come quick enough – I'm looking for new-season heroes to transition my wardrobe into autumn. Barn jackets are a big trend; I love this menswear style from ARKET, which would  look just as good with jeans and a tee as as it would a lace skirt. I'm slightly cheating with this Mango suede bag, as it's just over £150 but it's just too good – the studded hardware makes it look so expensive. Now is definitely the time to invest in high street cashmere as it often sells out. Massimo has so many good shapes; I particularly love this vest style, which would look great by itself or under tailoring.

I’ve been sporting a lot of blue this summer, and these striped boxer shorts are the perfect throw-on piece for a relaxed daytime look. Dissh never misses the mark for minimalism – this strapless top with some textured white trousers will make for a chic evening outfit. Recently, I’ve been leaning more towards silver and this metal-detailed skinny belt will elevate all trousers.

September is one of my favourite months – it’s all about easy transitional pieces like cool denim, relaxed shirts and lightweight knits. The high street has some great cashmere and it’s worth investing early as it usually sells out. This navy crew from H&M has timeless appeal. For a light outer layer, I love the shape of this short trench-style jacket from Mango. These Zara Home shoes are giving The Row vibes. Jigsaw has some great jewellery too – I’m still into statement gold – and for a going-out top, this simple black off-the-shoulder number from M&S will be perfect with horseshoe-shaped jeans.
