The High-Street Pieces The Fashion Team Are Snapping Up

At this time of year, I lean on pieces that do all the work for me – think standout outerwear, mood-boosting colour, playful accessories and fresh takes on daily staples. This chic suit from NA-KD will be on heavy rotation, while a fun swimsuit from Free People is already earmarked for upcoming trips. Elsewhere, I’m loving this quirky fish bag from Accessorize; it's the kind of piece that pulls a whole look together, especially with a matching set from ASOS.

I’m really into elevated staples that feel cool but still wearable. I’ve found the perfect cream blazer at Topshop – it has that polished feel that makes everything look more expensive. I’m also loving these khaki cuffed trousers from River Island, which are such an easy throw-on with tanks or tailoring. My biggest obsession has to be the leather jackets from Reiss – the brand does some of the best leather on the high street and these pieces have become such wardrobe heroes; they instantly make any outfit cooler and more directional.

I love these M&S satin shorts with the lace detail – I think they will sell out. This COS dress caught my eye too; I love the fringe detail. I also really like the shape of this straw basket on ARKET – it's really simple but looks very expensive. This H&M top is the ideal alternative to a dress for events season. I would style it with tailored linen trousers and a heel.

The high street is full of fresh summer arrivals. I love this raffia curved shoulder bag from COS – the sculptural shape feels modern and it would make a great summer work bag. This set from Zara has that easy, romantic feel of Dôen but without the investment – it’s definitely coming on holiday with me next month. Plus, the light-wash denim from DISSH looks perfect; I can already tell I will get my cost per wear out of these.

Zara's collarless bubble-hem jacket feels very now and these navy silk trousers are the kind of versatile piece that works all season with sandals and lightweight knits. The blush & Other Stories tailored shorts are a non-negotiable, the green mules feel considered and expensive, and this chunky gold bangle is exactly what I've been looking for. The sculptural earrings instantly elevate even the simplest outfit, while a brown linen waistcoat and cream barrel-leg trousers round out the edit.

This edit is very much my kind of dressing – gold Zara heels, a fitted Mango crop top and a River Island leather mini that means business. I'm always drawn to pieces with a more glamorous edge and between Reiss and River Island, the high street is really delivering right now. These are the pieces I'll be reaching for all season.
